I have loved being here every day. I feel safe, the location is convenient and close to all of the st Pete fun, and the amenities are great! I was torn between moving here and another apartment complex, but Cailin was so genuine and helpful that it encouraged me to call this complex home!
I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the ongoing disturbances in the sky lounge of our building. As a resident on the 20th floor, I appreciate the amenities provided, including the lounge area where individuals can gather, play pool, and socialize. However, despite being informed that this space closes at 10:00 PM, there have been multiple instances of large gatherings and parties continuing well past this time—often extending from midnight to as late as 4:00 AM. Despite repeated attempts to bring this matter to the attention of management, no effective action has been taken to address the issue. In fact, we have been told that there is nothing management can do and that we would need to either contact law enforcement or confront the individuals ourselves. This response is deeply concerning, particularly as I am a 16-year-old living with my single mother. The lack of enforcement has placed us in uncomfortable and unsafe situations on multiple occasions. Furthermore, it is evident that alcohol is frequently involved, as guests have left behind open containers and other signs of intoxication. The absence of oversight in this shared space has led to an ongoing issue that negatively impacts residents' ability to feel safe and enjoy their homes in peace. I respectfully urge management to take immediate and effective action to enforce the established rules regarding the lounge’s operating hours and ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a resolution.

I live on the 20th floor with my daughter and cannot sleep during the week or weekends because there are large parties from other floors with no regard for the residence. I have voiced many complaints and I’m left to confront drunken guests which is what management that lives here should be handling.

Walk to restaurants, baseball games, museums, and events. The floor plans are spacious. Apartment finishes and appliances are upper end. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. In fact, staff went above and beyond to make sure my move-in went smoothly. Amenities include, gym, swing suite, social areas, pool, and 20th Floor sky lounge. Pinellas trail is next to the building. Connected garage with assigned parking. Bike storage is secure and racks are assigned. Enjoying the whole experience of living in this well-appointed environment with great staff in a fun area.
