It has been a great experience, I have no complaints so far! The location and amendities are good, and all the spaces are well kept. Everything has been very smooth.
I think it is great, I do not have other suggestions. I feel happy to live here. Expect that there is pest I found in the dinning hall, I hope that this problem can be solved!
I LOVE having the opportunity to elevate my living status and experience the life that Moreda Midtown has to offer. As a rural town, country boy , the feeling I got the moment I entered Modera was unmatched. I instantly felt at home! My apologies in advance, I forgot the other gentlefriend’s name but Navhada and himself welcomed my fiancé and I into their luxury establishment and gave us the access to experience some of the best living accommodation in the Midtown/Downtown area by far???? i absolutely love those guys and the energy they bring to not only the Moreda community, but the community as a whole ???? can’t wait to become a future resident!!! It's been a dream living at Modera Midtown. The security is good, the concierge is always available, the package delivery is smooth, and the buildings are well maintained. It's at a really good location, with a cute coffee shop below, halal guys right downstairs, and publix across the street. The maintenance can sometimes be a little slow in responding, but if it's urgent and you ask the concierge they accelerate the process.

I am loving it! 5 days we moved in and lready tried the Package Concierge and loving it!… also the parking lot is super convinient and the area! The apartment is amazing and Nhvada has been amazing to us!
Although I came from Japan and didn't know what to do, the staff at Modera Midtown were friendly and helpful, even though they were probably not used to dealing with Japanese people. The apartment procedures were very complicated, and it was a big hurdle for someone with no credit history or SSN. However, because I couldn't understand "why they did it" because I couldn't speak English at all and had no context, they took the time to explain the various procedures to me, carefully checking each one. To be honest, there were many things I couldn't understand because of my lack of understanding, but I am really grateful to the staff who tried to communicate with me somehow. I was particularly discouraged when it came to the financial procedures, but all I could do was negotiate persistently. I've only just arrived, but I'm looking forward to living here.
Nhveda has been very helpful throughout the process of moving in, from showing us options of various units to signing the lease. We hope consultants like him stay longer with the residential.
Really like the apartment complex. It has a lot of amenities like - Gym, Bar, Lounges. The building is really clean and well maintained too. The rooms look modern too. Recommend it if budget is not a concern.

Modera Midtown looks great on the surface, but living here is a different story. The biggest issue is the elevators—they are constantly breaking down, and even when they work, they’re painfully slow, sometimes taking 10 minutes just to reach a floor. Right now, two elevators are broken, and management’s response is always “We’ll get back to you.” Security is also a concern—multiple break-ins have occurred, and at one point, someone was even shot in the lobby. Instead of prioritizing safety, management enforces strict wristband rules for the pool and bans personal training in the gym, while failing to fix major problems. If you have a dog, be aware that the dog park is disgusting, full of uncollected waste. Plus, false fire alarms happen way too often, making it hard to take real alarms seriously. For the price, you can find better-maintained, safer, and more responsive buildings nearby. Would NOT recommend.

They are okay maintenance isn’t the best. Pet area can be cleaner theres big roaches at night out there. I have also seen roaches in the building.

Was not informed that maintenance is coming and they entered my home when I wasn’t home and I was unaware. But problem was fixed. Still very uncomfortable with them entering my home without me being there. The concierge told me they will call and inform me but they failed to do so.

The amenities are nice, and units are spacious with updated finishes. There is a lack of lighting in the unit, and depending on the direction you face, it gets quite warm resulting in the need for AC use often that gets pricey. Other residents don’t always seem to be the most mindful as trash is constantly left all around the shoot room, glass is broken by the pools resulting in temporary closures. There has also been an excess of false fire alarms going off, sometimes several times a month
