Overall it is fine--I really like the gym, and I don't really use the pool but it seems nice. The cleaning staff in the common areas are really wonderful and kind.

Modera Douglas Station is a beautiful apartment building in a great location in Coral Gables, right next to the Metrorail. The apartments are modern and spacious with nice finishes, and the amenities are amazing—there’s a pool, gym, and lounges. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the building feels very well-maintained. It’s also super convenient for getting to Downtown Miami, Brickell, or the University of Miami. Overall, it’s a great place to live if you want comfort, style, and easy access to the city.

I love the complex and all of the amenities, including the two pools and all of the lounges where you can study/ get together with groups. the apartments are very spacious and clean as well.

It's a nice building and the amenities and solid but the elevators need to be fixed, and some better signage for elevators and garages would be nice. Also the package service is pretty horrendous

I love the area. The staff are nice. The building is always clean. It is getting to be a little bit pricey with rent increase and the packaging system is not great. The amenities are beautiful.

So far everyone has been very communicative and helpful in the process of getting used to Modera! As my future roommate has already lived in the building, it makes things easier, however all the other staff ive been in contact with have also helped :)

Overall positive with a few things to improve. Great amenities; first couple of weeks incoming delivery packages were all over the place but better now; loud party neighbors but hasn’t happened again after staff warning. Still pending my bathroom mirror replaced, staff could follow up better. Hallway walls (especially by my apartment) could use a paint tough-up.

Nada ha mejorado desde mi último review, la piscina nunca se puede usar siempre está sucia es peligroso usarla, los ascensores siempre hay uno que no funciona, se siguen perdiendo los paquetes, dejan las puertas del parqueadero de noche abiertas ?? Así me robaron mi moto el año anterior! Llevan años con un daño en el 6to piso y ahora hay inundación en en pasillo porque nunca lo han arreglado completamente y yo vivo en esa área y me afecta el ruido el olor que sale y el calor que se forma porque siempre este pasillo tiene el aire apagado, vecinos ruidosos, vecinos que consumen sustancias y los olores siempre llegan en fin, no tengo nada positivo para cambiar mi opinión anterior! Please know that the pool is maintained regularly. Our groundskeeping team cleans the pool area daily, and a professional pool vendor services the pool three times a week. Regarding your concern about the doors, they are currently functioning properly. However, if you’ve noticed a specific door that does not seem to be securing correctly, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me directly so we can promptly look into it. We also want to sincerely apologize for the water leak that occurred on the 6th floor near your apartment. It's been a pleasant experience thus far. My only complaint is the lack of proper guest parking. There's nothing worse than having friends and family pay for parking just to visit.

Great place to live! So convenient to Douglas Station train. Milam's right across the street. Direct access to Bird Rd, Ponce de Leon. Two very nice pools and a great gym. Parking garage has plenty of spaces, though they are a bit tight especially when a big pickup parks next to you! Great location for work commuters or for UM students.

Wonderful location!! Very close to various hotspots of the city. The staff is amazing, maintains the common areas great, and works quickly for all maintenance. The garage is a bit tight and sometimes it gets alittle noisy with all the animals here (many residents have dogs).

The community is great and the staff is very agile and helpful, the common areas are usually very clean and organized even though I think there's space for improvement regarding energy waste (TVs in common areas are on 24 hours a day and half of the time there's no one using the area, we could also have some light sensors at night in some areas, corridors, to reduce the bills). I love the pool area, but I believe it needs more maintenance and attention. We used to have more furniture, and those patio umbrellas close to the grills, and now there aren't anymore (only one table). During the summer, it was impossible to grill something because of the heat and that was very frustrating. Maintenance requests are usually solved in the same date, which is great. I had an issue with a package that went missing, even though I understand it's not the management team's fault, I wish we could somehow use the cameras to monitor better this area of the building.
