The City of Monrovia provides a small-town charm in a big way. Nestled at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains, the town is approximately 23 miles east of Downtown Los Angeles off Interstate 210. Often attracting movie crews, the homey feel and community kindness score high with those who visit.

This Southern California area is host to a number of street fairs, while lazy mornings give rise to vibrant (and often packed!) farmers markets. I am pro team MODA. From the staff, maintenance crew, to the cleanliness of the community areas. I am very satisfied with our apartment, the layout, the built-ins, even the outside space. Again, my only concern is package delivery, of which I am sure management is working hard to resolve.

My overall experience at MODA APARTMENTS has overall been an excellent experience, Our neighbors are very friendly, we have never had any problems.The A line stop is outside the back door, summer concerts at Station park are always fun and so is the farmers market on Saturdays.

Luxury apartments the amenities are nice if they worked, however you are conveniently close to public transportation and Old Town Monrovia is within walking distance

Not recommend

The apartment unit was decent. when we planned to move out, the new management company asked to do the inspection, and we did as they asked. The inspection result was good, but guess what, they took all our deposit. so what was the inspection for?! The apartment is pet friendly, YES! because you can see the dog waste everywhere, sometimes even in the hallway. And they don't have any green grass for dogs if your dog is picky... The apartment is right next to the Metro station, you can imagine the safety and cleanliness issues. The jacuzzi was always dirty, I had never seen it been cleaned. There was one unit on the second floor, a couple always opened their balcony door when they watched the game, they were yelling like wild animals.

We enjoy living at MODA and love using the amenities here. We like that there is regular maintenance kept daily and that communal areas are kept clean and in good working condition. We also like that the residents here have been very nice and friendly. We feel welcomed.

I am greatful to Moda's wonderful Team. The residential portal is very convenient and easy to navigate . Maintenance request is promptly addressed according to urgency. I had 3 maintenance request and all were quickly resolved. Everyone is kind and accomodating.

Awesome Luxury Apt, Staff, and Amenities!

Wrapping up my first year's lease here at MODA, and all I can say are great things about this place and staff! Before moving here, I checked out similar Apt's all around the area, and NONE of them compare to the cleanliness, security, safety, and modern living this place offers. Best of all, the entire staff here, from the leasing office to the maintenance and cleaning crew are exceptional at what they do. They treat you like family here and I'm glad I made the decision to stay here for another year!

Horrible neighbors!

It's not a one star because the facility is actually nice and new. Management is friendly. But unit is not sound proof with the wooden floor. I moved in one month. Lived here only HALF of the time. Downstairs neighbor filed complaint on me 4 times and called the cops on me twice ! Guess it sucks when you have neighbors who should be living at senior homes or a single house if they cant have a basic tolerance for noise at an apartment complex. I heard kids running across the hall and neighbors chattering late at night , suck it up and close the freaking window ! They're prob high on weed and are calling cops for fun. Not recommended to live here when you have those neighbors !

We have been observing the construction of the apartments from the outside and it seems the developers are carrying out a very professional job. Cant wait to see the opening of it.
