I have nothing to gain except for to expose these people for who they truly are. This place will give you nothing but a headache.I lived there for 3 years the first year was so so which is why I continued to renew. I never should have done so. They began towing procedures which were not in place in the beginning and apartments do so when struggling financially and my car was towed from in front of my apartment over $300.00 to get my car. Then they went back to letting you park wherever. Next a tree fell on my family members car during a storm because they were not properly maintaining the grounds when the tree should have been cut which resulted in damage to the vehicle but was treated as an act of god but it was really an act of neglect on their part. The tree had been busting through the fence onto the property and shouldve been cut. There were numerous leaks in my apartment. My plumbing had leaked into my neighbors apartment to the point the floor had to be replaced. My heat went out and my air condition twice. My four year old and I were miserable. They have roaches,that I paid out of pocket to eliminate. The community wash room is disgusting and filthy and never gets cleaned. I wouldnt swim in the pool if i was paid.My refrigerator and freezer broke and I asked for a new one several times.You have to harrass them to get any maintenance follow up orders completed. The fact that maintenance orders hardly get followed up with or taken care of could be due the fact that office staff has a high turnover. Living here is absolutely depressing. The residents by the rental office have high traffic volume and strange comings and goings. There was a memo sent out about apartment break ins and what they are doing to make it safer for residents. The only thing I can say positively is that they dont have bed bugs. I honestly wouldnt consider living here if it was free please dont pay your hard earned money to be upset.There are plently other apartments who will be more accomodating.
This place is a dump. They had my car towed for expired tags after requesting additional time to request off work to get new tags. They told me I had 10 days to get tags but didn't take my car off the tow list and it was towed within 48 hours of receiving notice. The apartments are roach invested. Thank god they finally got rid of the rats. Within 3 months of being here my AC broke, my dishwasher started leaking and sink was spraying water everywhere. You can't pay rent online, they don't have a drop box. Good luck making it to the office by 6pm to pay rent.

Per your comments, we sincerely apologize for this inconvenience of you vehicle being towed. While it is very important for us to make sure that all of our residents have a place to park when they come home each day, so therefore we are not allowed to keep abandoned vehicles on our property for an extended period of time. We do have weekly Preventative Maintenance and Pest Control service offered to all of our residents and if you wish to come in and we would be happy to input a service request and address all of your maintenance deficiencies. We would like to resolve any service request that you have and make your stay here at Misty Hollow pleasant. Please feel free to come into the office and speak with us directly and again we apologize for any misunderstandings.
Wonderful location. friendly staff. Excellent Maintenance. Swimming pool and Tennis Court.. Very friendly community. Nice Clean and colorful play area. I've been here over 20 years. and we have the best manager now,since I've been here.. :) Well landscaped, Great and safe parking areas 24 hours a day..
wonderful location.. best value. wonderful neighbors.. and great location near the center of the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex
