The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mission Overlook
Unsafe(cameras do not work!) no towing services although a sign is clearly posted on the property, subpar repairs and the general manager is completely and unprofessional ignorant to the Landlords- Tenants Rules.
The buildings pictured are the best, cleanest buildings. The building I stay in is crowded with sketchy looking, noisy people... You come in and lock your door. Trash all over tge place on a daikt basis. I will definitely be moving when the lease is up. Only reason for the one star is the people in the leasing office are always friendly.
The neighborhood is quite, but as far as grounds keeping it sucks, i just moved here and the flowers are so overgrown I can barely see out my front window, grass is over grown and from the looks of it The mowing happens once a month.. the general manager is very nasty and doesn't know how to talk to people.
