What I enjoy most about living in this area is the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The trees and landscaping create a beautiful, calming ambiance that really enhances the scenery. It’s also incredibly convenient—you can easily access the 60, 215, and 91 freeways, and there’s a convenience store right across the street. There are two grocery stores nearby, along with plenty of dining options and more. The maintenance team is always quick and efficient, and the front office staff is truly amazing—friendly, helpful, and professional. But above all, what makes this place feel like home is the sense of community. I have great neighbors, and that makes all the difference.

The Mission Grove Park Apartments will not return your security deposit once you bid farewell. I wish I had read the reviews by others who pointed this out because I found myself in the same position. I left my apartment cleaner than the condition in which I received it. I had no pets, children, never hung anything on the walls. I was a model tenant. But sure enough, it’s their “standard policy” to keep your security deposit. Avoid this place at all costs or accept that your security deposit is staying with them.

Although I've only lived here a short time I can say that the management office staff are friendly and attentive. The maintenance staff are fast to respond to our needs and get things taken care of immediately. I'm very pleased with the entire staff.

I love all the amenities Mission Grove Park has to offer and how efficiently friendly the leasing office staff is; especially Maribel! She is the reason I chose this place over another place nearby because she was helpful, consistent, and understanding.

All of your requests seem to be addressed immediately which is outstanding for a apartment housing unit to address everything so quickly also appreciate it. I would highly recommend giving mission Grove apartments consideration if you're on the market for housing.

I have read multi reviews about Mission Grove and I have to say most were bad. With that being said my experience with management has been very pleasant and professional. The grounds are keep very clean and I enjoy the quiet.
Don’t expect any of your deposit money back. Even though it clearly says the deposit is refundable, don’t be fooled! They charge a mandatory cleaning fee, utility fee (water, garbage etc) even though you’ve already paid $75 a month. Then they have the maintenance manager do an inspection where he can come up with anything he wants because they don’t even need to provide pictures of the alleged “property” damage. We had a 2 bed 2 baths where one bedroom wasn’t even furnished and the second bathroom was never, even so the carped was so damaged it had to be replaced. According to the maintenance manager. They also needed to repaint the walls from all the holes from paintings we NEVER had. We never put one painting up. We were there for less than a year, with barely any furniture, no pets, working 6am-8pm. We’re in our 60s.... they were able to find excuses to not refund our $750. No evidence needed. Besides from not getting our deposit back this was by far the worst place we’ve ever lived in. Dogs barking nonstop, large dogs, all night. The smoke detectors in vacant units are going off everyday, at any time of the hour. No one seems to care or do anything about it. Car alarms are going off all the time. Not for half a minute we’re talking going off for the night. To the point were you start wondering if you’re going crazy. Again, no one does anything about it. Impossible to have people over because the guest spots are taken all the time. There aren’t any other guest spots. I guess you’d have to have guests park at Jack in the box or something... again, management could care less. Impossible to get help when with maintenance. The heater stopped working, 3 times. The last 3 months it was spewing out some weird kind of white dust. Pretty scary and disgusting. Mold? I attached pictures on how my glass kitchen table was covered in it along with dining room table. Being stuck with AT&T. Just really run down environment for the price you pay. Overall dirty complex, tennis shoes on top of carport roof, that’s the view from the balconies. It’s just a really weird vibe at Mission Grove, no one says hello, ever. It’s like a weird horror movie.
Mission Grove Park is an excellent place to live. The neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. The grounds are nice and staff is amazing. Apartments are spacious and modern.

Very clean and protected complex. The leasing staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We are located super close to Moreno Valley for all your shopping needs and right across the street from a wilderness area for hiking! Absolutely love it here!

This place has declined in recent years. I originally moved here because I thought it was a safe community. Now, 5 years later, I wont let my 17 year old daughter walk to the front to get the mail. Waiting for her to graduate then I can move.
Love living here, Im going forward with my fourth year here, its very clean and quiet. The staff are very professional and have never had any issues. Great community.
This place is gross, and the management is unaccountable. This place is WAY overpriced for the dirty living conditions. Rent elsewhere.
