The Mero Apartments are beautiful apartments with a great location and attractive design. They have a lovely park, dedicated play areas for children and pets, and a very nice swimming pool. Additionally, they are managed by a great team that ensures good living conditions for the residents.

I was relocating from the East side of the state and had to do everything long distance to have an apartment ready when I arrived. Miro was fantastic throughout the entire process, great at communicating, proactive, and efficient. And when I arrived, I was very happy with my unit. Miro was an absolute gem to find. Clean, well-kept complex, the apartments are cozy and nice, and I absolutely love the location. A little hideaway tucked in the trees, nice to escape the busyness of the city when I come home. The staff at Miro are genuinely kind and want to work with you to find the home of your liking, and I really appreciate that considering a lot of complexes typically don't build the strongest rapport with their residents.

DO NOT rent here. There is a lack of communication , they have condescending answers to emails and answers on phone calls when you can reach them. They force you to go through your insurance for things they ( greystar) should be taking care of. Rent is cheap , its quiet ( if you get good neighbors) but other than that management is terrible and rude and you can find other apartments at the same rate elsewhere.

Unprofessional move in process, communication issues, left on hold for 20 minutes to then go to the office and be told they forgot I was in the phone. Be yelled at and berated by maintenance because they went to the wrong apartment for a emergency request and found that, that tenant changed the locks and blamed me and made me wait for 2 hours with my shower running eventually missing work to wait for them to show up; And they didn’t even reach out, I had to call back to get them to even think about maybe confirming information which I had to initiate since they were too busy making accusations after I called.

The Miro is one of the safest most secure communities with monitored cameras everywhere and multipul ways to get around the complex. You do not feel trapped, but it is gated so you also don't need to worry about riff-raff. Apartments are well maintained and maintenence is prompt with all issues in order of severity.

During my move-in walk through in December of 2021, the master bedroom door would not close (too big for frame), cabinets in kitchen off hinges and loose handles on cabinets. These issues did not get addressed until April of 2023 and the door is still not fixed. Staff has been unorganized, unprepared, and unprofessional since I have been a tenant.

Ive lived in these apartments for over 2 years and had trouble contacting the office about getting my rent to them for months when their system for paying went down. Then they gave me a pay or vacate, and when I went to pay using the payment plan they refused to accept my rent. No consistency, and they lost my paperwork, so tried to say I was in breach of contract. DONT LIVE HERE

Apartment was flooded Aug 2022 for 6 days and they didn't even bother to check for water damage, they just had a company come suck the water up out of the carpet. Bedroom window was leaking upon move in, they still hadn't fixed the window properly by the time I moved out. Trash all over the place, mandatory trash valet service that was picked up every few days.

the property management company, Greystar. is known for giving all or nothing to a property, this is one where they give nothing. The grounds are nice, the amenities are nice, the property is loud due to unruly residents, it is cheaper rent so you get what you pay for. I can complain all day about it, but again, I signed the lease so it is on me. If you are looking for a cheaper option and you don't need anything and don't mind the noise, go for it. This is just not the property for me.
Miro apartments suck, they don't fix anything in a timely manner. I told them of a leak and it grew mold which I had handle and remove myself as management hasn't even seen the request nearly 6 months later now
Office staff doesn't respond to emails or voice mails, and frankly doesn't seem to care. Property is messy in a lot places and there's police activity here at least once a week. This place is a disaster. Do not rent here.
Management has been very disappointing in the 15 months I have lived here, starting with the dog hair all over the apartment when I moved in. Management takes no responsibility in addressing issues in a timely manner (if at all). Generally, I have to submit a work order, call, leave messages, and email before I get my problems addressed.
No one should ever live here. It's moldy and broke down. The staff will not listen and if they pretend to, they will surely not follow through will any work order that was requested.
Terrible, never has workers for maintenance, will tow your car away if not registered, so quick to charge you with small things like forgetting to bring your trash can in over the weekend but never quick to come and fix stuff around your house, honestly if it’s your only and last option it’s not so bad but if you take your time to find an apartment definitely do not chose these!!!!!
Please do not rent here. Management is horrible. They leave trash all around the compactor. They send angry belittling emails to the residents. They refuse to talk to you in person.
The currant management does not appropriately maintain the property and it has become run down since I moved in three years ago. They do not enforce resident maintenence requirements. I am embarrassed to live hear.
Quiet neighborhood, close to schools and bus stops.
Think twice about moving in here. People have mold and when they talk about the mold (mid lease) they are told their lease will need to immediately be renewed at a much higher rate. They also may eventually get repairs done, but who knows when. Also there have been rats around because they don't care about keeping the dumpster area clean.
Miro Apartments looks nice on the first, but after 2 months the cabinets started falling apart, also there was light switches not wired to anything. None of bedrooms have lights you have to light your own room.
Easy to submit maintenance requests yet take very long to resolve the issues.
Miro is a great safe and clean community I have never had any issue with anything.
This new maintenance crew they got is outstanding. Same as the new office staff, they work hard to get you what you need
The garbage is always the worst problem and every resident has to pay the 25 dollars regardless if you don't want the service the community has got worse since I've ve known about this place over twenty yrs ago
Not terribly safe here. Management sends angry emails treating residents like children (at least they seem to have stopped that after I told them how little the residents appreciated it). Residents long term park their vehicles in visitor spots so I can't have a visitor over for a couple hours.
Just moved in; the Staff have all been professional and skilled, the grounds very well kept. Still getting to know my neighbors, but I like the ones I've met. No regrets at all for choosing Miro as my new home.

I have lived at this specific complex for almost 7 years. This management is the worst and I will not recommend Miro to anyone and will make sure to let them know how bad Greystar management is. But, as I share my experience it seems everyone knows how bad this company is. I feel really bad for the employees who have to put up with angry residents.
The apartments at Miro are pretty good. A little expensive. The office staff and management are horrible. You will either get ignored or lied to. Get everything in writing. As unpleasant as it was, I do recognize that there are other apartments out there that are worse, so it gets a 3/10.
I like the location close to schools and grocery stores. However, there are too many office Management or owner changes. Maintenance can be a little quicker but overall like it here.
