Mirella at Foxboro

I have enjoyed living here. I feel safe and comfortable. If something needs to be fixed, it is easy to report issues and Maintenance is quick to take care of things. I feel like the Management team does their best to take care of the residents.

I have really enjoyed living here the past 8 months. The amenities are great, my apartment is just right for me, I love how quickly maintenance requests have been completed, and I enjoy the location.

We love living at Mirella! The apartments are beautiful, amenities are great, and management is so helpful. Plus, the price for what you are getting is actually pretty affordable compared to other complexes. Seriously, the best place we have ever lived!

Quiet community with convenient access to downtown/parks/restaurants

Mirella Foxboro apartment homes is a nice, quiet, and peaceful community to live in. It is also child and pet friendly. My son loves having a playground to play in feet away from our apartment. Amenities are good and I enjoy the gym. The apartments are spacious and have a modern touch. I would highly recommend you to check out the property and live here!

I love living at Mirella! I do plan on renewing my lease. The location, the staff and apartment complex have been amazing!

It's been a joy to live here because of the good service and staff and most of all the quietness for peaceful living I feel

Overall, it is a good place for kids and pets. The rent is a bit high for what is offered and the internet is not fiberoptic and does not meet the needs of my residence. I work from home and the internet generally sucks. I use my cell plan data and mobile Hotspot to work from home as that is far more reliable and secure than CenturyLink. Given what we pay for, the quality of the services fails to meet or justify the expense.

Noisy community and on a busy road. You can hear everything that goes on in the stairway. Building was made poorly so you hear everything that goes on in units next to you. Residents aren't respectful. Management doesn't enforce lease rules and follow up on issues.

Great new apartments with lots of amenities. The floorplans with attached garage spaces are definitely worth a look.

My experience is amazing at MIRELLA. The team is awesome. The downside is the rent.

This apartment has the best maintenance team we've ever experienced. Juston is very responsive and quick to address the issue. We have nothing but perfect things to say about this place.

My wife and I recently started living at mirella and we love it here. The apartments are comfortable and have ample space. The closets are well planned and the security system is top notch. People around the community are nice and friendly. Overall its a great experience.

The floor plans were perfect for our little familyI absolutely love the walk in closet and all the space we have in our apartment. The amenities are amazing, the kids enjoyed the pool so much this year.

The office personnel, Nahomi and Mimi are great to work with and very responsive when you have issues come up. The place is nice and brand new, amenities are nice as well. They have a trash pick up service, which is great.

Mirella is a new, clean, and well maintained property with a pool and gym. Its in a great location. Really close to Bountiful and freeway entrances without a ton of traffic!

Living at Mirella has been wonderful, easy process to apply, sign and move in. Mimi was extremely helpful in my search of apartment. If it wasnt for her, I would have never knew about this wonderful place.

We were able to apply and get approved for our lease within the same day! It was a very quick process and everyone was very helpful. We love this community!

These apartments are lovely! Theyre spacious, lots of storage, high/vaulted ceilings, modern finishes, and the walls arent paper thin. These also have nice amenities and great location. The community around here is pretty friendly too!

Mimi and Naomi are amazing,helpful, professional, make you feel welcomed... the neighborhood is excellent and safe, we have a grocery store, nail saloon, bank... right behind (super convenient). The apartment is gorgeous, we got a 3 bedroom on a 3rd floor, it is spacious, modern, clean and has lots of light.

Living at Mirella has been great! The neighborhood is quiet and there is a grocery store in walking distance. The new units are built very well. You cant hear your neighbors at all which is huge. The management is incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall its been a great experience so far. Very happy I moved here

Nahomi was amazing to work with and let us know exactly what we needed to to help us make our decision to apply. We are moving into a building currently under construction in a few weeks and she went above and beyond for us when we asked for room dimensions to help us with our move. She went and took those measurements herself and sent them over to us in a timely manner!

We had a great experience touring Mirella. I like that they are a new-build. We also like the amenities and the fact that we are able to get a ground floor unit with an attached garage. It really makes it seem like you have a rambler style home instead of an apartment.

We’ve been at Mirella since 12/30/2020 and love our unit. I’ve never been in a rental where the garage is directly accessible thru a back door (except in PA where we rented a condo). Can’t wait for grounds to be done. Nahomi has been extremely helpful as we transferred from Florida so all leasing was done via email. She was kind enough to send us a video of the unit to make sure it was what we were looking for. Nahomi has made this rental experience the best one we’ve ever had and we’ve been renting for 9 years; 5th place. We would recommend anyone to come and lease at Mirella. It’s a nice small community with a wonderful leasing agent/office manager. And my pups are usually hanging out on the patio watching everyone go by.

Excellent service in helping us get moved into our new place. Enjoying every minute of all the features our new home, such as the soft closet drawers throughout the whole home. But so far my favorite of all is having the ability to turn on my lights when I get home late at night from work.

Mirella is such a beautiful property. I absolutely love my apartment it’s so spacious and has a beautiful modern feel to it. Nahomi ( the property manager) made my application process smooth and stress free, She was always willing to answer my multitude of questions, and I never had any issues getting in contact with her. I definitely recommend renting here.

Our process to move into Mirella was easy and Nahomi helped us every step of the way. We moved from the other side of the country, and Nahomi made that process way easier for us! Our unit is perfect with a mountainside view as well as easy access to the pool and gym. Vivint smart home is also a huge plus. I’d recommend Mirella to anyone!

10/10!!! First of all, I have to say a huge thank you to Nahomi! She has been absolutely amazing since day one. My boyfriend and I just moved to Utah from out state. We contacted a few other complexes prior to Mirella, however Nahomi was the reason we picked this complex! She answered every question we had, returned calls promptly, sent photos and videos of our floorplan and even helped us decide which exact unit we wanted (since we leased sight unseen). You can truly tell that she cares about her residents. It’s a wonderful change of pace from other complexes that I’ve lived in. I simply could not be happier. Our apartment is absolutely stunning. We’re on the third floor so we have high vaulted ceilings, but we also have a garage just down the stairs. The unit is also really quiet - I haven’t heard any noise from other tenants! The community gym is also a great feature. It has everything you could need, free weights, cardio equipment, squat rack, TRX bands, etc etc.. There’s also a hot tub and pool that is almost done being built but I’m so excited to use it! Maintenance is extremely friendly and very quick to fix any issues. My heater was making a small noise that I brought to Nahomi’s attention. Within 24 hours she had maintenance come in and fix it. They took their shoes off before coming inside (to not track dirt) and wore masks the entire time due to covid. There’s plenty of storage space especially in the kitchen. Lots of natural light with upgraded appliances including the Vivint Smart Home system (which is amazing, especially since I can remotely control lights that were accidentally left on from miles away!!) The community feels extremely safe, and the neighbors have been very welcoming. Also, the location is perfect. We can walk (and I mean walk!) to Lee’s grocery, and it’s a less than 2 minute drive to a ton of stores. Thank you again to Nahomi and I would absolutely recommend anyone to move here, you’ll love it!

Mirella is perfect for our young family. We have a comfortable, luxurious home-like environment (with a garage included!) while we save up money to buy a home. We love the relaxing space, enjoyable amenities, and safe environment.
