While Management has provided excellent customer service. I am unsatisfied with the misrepresentation. I have made all my payments on time I have an excellent credit score and take meticulous care of my unit. Rates here have increased here much more than the surrounding area leading me to believe they do not value their existing tenants
The maintenance and security of the community is excellent, as well as the team in the management office.
The community is beautifully manicured and cared for. Very responsive and friendly staff. The community has a resort feel and is conveniently located in one of Doral's major arteries near plenty of restaurants, entertainment, parks, and hospitals.
Been living in this community for Two months. My family and I are really loving the place. Always clean and our beautiful green areas well maintained. I am also pleased with the maintenance service provided in our community. Jorge is great!! Got to us within the hour and goes above and beyond. The best of Mirador is the staff. Any time there is an issue the staff, especially Ruth, is responsive and take care of the issues. There have been issues with loud neighbors and they've taken care of it immediately. I feel safe because the gates are always working, and when they break they are fixed quickly!
We love living at Mirador at Doral. It is a very agreeable, friendly and high standard community, respectful of their neighbors' right to peaceful enjoyment of their leased dwelling. Weekends by the pools and gardens are most pleasant and relaxing, and we are looking forward to the Summer months to enjoy more swims and barbecues by the pool.
Mirador At Doral es una residencia muy cómoda y cálida. Para mi tiene una excelente ubicación, los apartamentos son muy cómodos y bien distribuido. Las amenidades son excelentes. A mi esposa y a mi nos encanta el salón social donde puedes compartir un buen Café o un Vino en la comodidad de un hotel de lujo en tu tu propia residencia. Realmente es residencia puede llenar las expectativas de muchas personas. Dudo que no le guste a alguien.

I really love this place, sometimes i can feel it l like my real home.
I think it is a comfortable apartment, in a very agreeable community, secluded and yet close to parks, banks, doctor's offices, supermarkets, restaurants, spas. I particularly like and enjoy the amenities, the pool areas, plenty of space to walk, the low buildings, the distance between the apartments and buildings, two open entrances give a feeling of open air living.

My experience with Mirador at Doral team has been excellent thus far. I would like to say a big Thank you to Britney Nasta for helping us find the perfect home! We have been settled in for about approximately two months now and is enjoying the views. We will be referring Mirador at Doral to all of our friends and family because of the excellent services we received. The Manager Ruth, Britney and the Staff always go above and beyond to ensure that our stay at Mirador at Doral is great and a lasting unforgettable experience.
Community is super clean! Very family friendly. We feel super secure in our home. No loud noises or ruckus. Apartments are comfortable and amenities are clean and convenient.
Lovely community. Some noise issues late at night and on weekends but overall a nice place to live.
Management is bad. Maintenance is also bad. Essential Appliances such as dryer and washer machine can stay damaged for months without anyone responding to your requests. This can be a problem especially when living with children.
A great experience living at Mirador. Great office staff and maintenance crew. Everyone is so attentive and willing to help. The property is very well maintained. Glad we chose Mirador at Doral as our temporary home.

Rent is too high. There are newer apartment buildings that offer more for less or the same rent. Kitchens are small. Fitness center needs better equipment like stairmaster and more more working treadmills.

Might need a larger crew for work orders. Most work orders take more than A week or two to get completed but once they come they are very professional, clean and attentive.

My husband and I moved from NYC to Miami 3 weeks ago. To this day I remember the first time I saw pictures of Mirador at Doral and it immediately gave me a home vibe and boy was I RIGHT!! Brittney helped us with finding our new apartment and she was just so insightful and went above and beyond to help/ assist us- THANK YOU Britney! The entire leasing team (many thanks to Ruth- you are beyond kind) is helpful and even the maintenance people are so very nice, it feels surreal the attention they put into fixing their tenants issues. The facilities here are impeccable, the apartment we moved into was spotless ( literally couldnt clean a thing) moving in was flawless and were living our best life here. Thank you Mirador team, you changed our lives for the better!
