Property Ratings at Mirada Apartments
I have lived at Mirada for one year and just moved into a larger apartment in the same building. I wouldn't have done that unless I really liked the complex! Any maintenance issues were always handled very quickly, and all staff members made me feel at home. I never hear noise from neighboring apartments, which is a big plus!
I really enjoy living at Mirada Apartments. The facilities are well-maintained, and all the staff I've communicated with, both office staff and maintenance personnel, have been extremely helpful and professional. I just renewed my lease and moved to a larger apartment and am looking forward to the upcoming year in my new residence!
Phenomenal community, apartments, grounds, and maintenance at the Mirada. Highly recommended.
Way too overpriced Construction day in day out on units High bills- both water and electric Very dirty with insects and bugs in the apt you have to catch all the time Apartments stinks

There should be a standard in which the apartment building needs to uphold to be deemed as "luxury". The amenities are great but they are poorly managed, and residents are really left to there own devices upon moving in. 1. The walls are paper thin, be prepared to hear your neighbors sneeze/cough, conversations on the phone, what tv shows they watch, favorite songs, intimate moments, and a plethora of other private matters throughout the day & most upsettingly throughout the night. 2. The building is not kept up well, I workout avidly and the gym is filthy. They do not sanitize or clean the machines, I've never seen them clean the floors (the dust bunnies in all the corners can confirm this) And they are always out of sanitation wipes for the residents. 3. The pool is a great amenity, until you realize that the young residents will take advantage and will be throwing parties until all hours of the night. On multiple occasions there have been residents screaming from there balcony pleading with the kids to call it a night as they have to go to work in the morning. 4. Cheap appliances - Its clear that there were corners cut when building these Apartments. Since moving my family has had to call maintenance to fix our kitchen sink / dishwasher 5+ times as they keep breaking and leaking. Our bathroom has flooded 3 times from our upstairs neighbor simply taking a bubble bath, and we have become very handy as we've had to fix the washer / dryers, sinks, dishwashers, screen doors, blinds, etc all on our own while living here. Currently looking to break our lease and move, hands down the worst management and apartment I've lived in / dealt with to date.

Everything about them is amazing. From calling in to get a quote, to meeting with the leasing office, placing work orders and having them respond in timely manner. You will not find a better apartment to live in as a young adult or anyone even. Highly recommend!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your experience living at Miranda Apartments! Your feedback is valuable and greatly appreciated and we will be sure to pass your kind words along to our staff.
My family moved into Mirada in June of 2020. The short time we have spent here has been nothing short of traumatizing. If you value your health, safety, and money think again before living here. Do not live here. Take your money elsewhere. My family does not feel safe here. Our most recent and ongoing problem is roaches. We contacted management and they initially wanted us to cover treatment fees, but after a discussion management agreed to cover the fees. This issue is a problem tenants would never expect to encounter at a “luxury” apartment complex. We are currently in the process of treatment and my family sees roaches almost daily. Just this very evening a large roach crawled up my sister’s leg while she was seated in the kitchen. We constantly live in fear of the next roach encounter. I would like to add that when my family attempted to clean behind the major appliances after the initial treatment, we found old children’s socks, pens, pencils, hair, and notepads behind the dryer that we not ours! This suggests that the apartment was not properly cleaned prior to move in! Also, there was a recent reported COVID case at Mirada. This led to the closing of the main office for weeks. During this time frame, the grounds were disgusting. The elevator smelled like garbage, trash was littered across the parking lot, and the common areas reeked of filth. There was little effort from management to ensure the safety of residents. Additionally, we did not have consistent hot water for the first few weeks. We would have to continually submit work orders and the only time it got fixed was when we went straight to management. (It should be noted that this was during the shift in property owners.) Hot water was so inconsistent that we would shower our relative’s home for about a week. Finally, dog poop is littered across the apartment grounds. Do not make the mistake of stepping into the grassy areas here. It doesn’t stop there...I’ve even encountered dirty diapers in stairwells. We explored the possibility of breaking our lease so my family can find a safer place to live. Unfortunately, the penalty fee is so unaffordable that my family might just have to tolerate living in a filthy, roach infested apartment until our lease ends. I cannot emphasize this enough...if you care about your well being, family, health, or money DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I lived on the 4th floor for a year and the buildings and grounds are always kept clean. Yes there can be noise but it is noticeable around the front door as people come and go. The management team is very fair and helpful. This is mostly a younger complex with many pets but everyone has always been friendly to me. I would have stayed if I did not get relocated for work. In addition the location is great for quick access to stores and restaurants. The only challenge is that Columbus Pike get backed up in the morning but this has nothing to do with this property.
Please save yourself and do not come here. The wall is like paper-thin. The neighbor's noise disturbs all day. Management knows the issue and doesn't care. We are emotionally harassed in the middle night of our sleep because of the footstep noise in the upper apartment.
