Love living here! Great experience. The staff is lovely and attentive. The only issue I’ve had is noise - there is very light noise insulation through the buildings.
Aura Delray is the perfect location for my work-life balance!! And the staff is awesome! I enjoy the easy access to downtown Delray and the ease of walking to the beach.????????????????
Just moved in a couple weeks ago. There were centipedes crawling all over the floors inside. It is getting a little better now, I have been seeing less of them recently. My only other complaint is the outside patio area. There is a lot of overgrown hedges/bushes which presents a problem with bugs. I have a small dog and it would be ideal if the brush could be completely removed from the one side so that I don't have to worry about it. I have asked a couple times and having it cleaned out. I was told the new lawn crew would take care of it but they haven't. Besides those things, everything is great here. I am very please with everything else. Especially the ladies in the leasing office, they are so friendly and helpful.
We like living here, however the physical security of the property needs improvement. The drive thru gates on the Congress Ave. Entrance have been broken and left open for a week or more. There are two walk in gates from the walkway by the canal and the locks have been broke for what feels like about two weeks where any body can just walk on to the property.

I have had a few hiccups here and there, but the staff has been on top of it to fix the things that needed to be fixed and always with a smile. I also enjoy all of the ammenities and how much the community offers to it's residents. Everyone that lives here is nice and very dog friendly as well.

I love this place. The design and the amenities are fantastic. The pool the workout room are really well designed. The WFH co-working space is also really dope. However you do have to pay for the printer :(

Great amenities, good people, safe environment. It is new and in a great location with fantastic food and restaurants nightlife nearby on Atlantic Avenue. Also close to beach and 95 for easy commutes.

Amazing amenities, walk in shower/ bathtub combo is the best design in any luxury apartment I've ever seen. Weekly Food trucks & resident activities as well. Management is prompt on handling maintenance requests as well.

It’s ok to live here. They try to keep it nice. Parking is not that great and hallways could be cleaner. Food trucks are cool. Not to many kids live here. Wish there was a jacuzzi and better park for the kids

Love everything so far no issues! When maintenance is requested they come same day and everyone in office is so helpful! All amenities are upkept very well , leasing office and buildings are always being cleaned !

Aura is a beautiful complex. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is great, minutes from downtown/beach. Gym is also pretty nice but I wish they had more equipment.

Lots of problems. Takes them weeks sometimes months to fully correct problems. Had problem with alarm system for weeks. Staff sympathetic. Clubhouse was closed for a period of time.

Great place to live, love the amenities and the style of the apartment. It’s really nice especially the work from home offices. Really unique best apartment complex I’ve lived in however extremely expensive.

Our move-in so far has been amazing. Everyone has been so helpful and our neighbors so friendly. The pool is great along with all of the other amenities. 10 out of 10 recommend

It’s a beautiful neighborhood but things break down too easily. The doors slam so violently I got my finger caught once (luckily I didn’t lose it, but close!) The dryer broke a week ago and It’s still not fixed. Getting mail in the parcel room is a nightmare. The walls are so thin you can hear everything on the top floor and adjacent apartments. Thankfully the staff are all very attentive and try their best to keep up with all this madness.
