My experience moving in to Millyard at Meadow Commons was great! The amenities are fabulous, it has a great location on the Berlin Turnpike, and the building feels really clean. Cassandra was so helpful throughout the entire experience from touring to moving in! Very happy I made the choice to move here.

I enjoy living at Millyard in this new, clean and quiet luxury apartment complex. The location is great right off Berlin Turnpike. I like the onsite fitness center and look forward to using the pool in the summer. The property management team is great too.

Great deal for the Middlesex and Hartford Country area. Not many larger studios offered in this area. Management was very friendly and knowledgeable when showing the property. I am excited to see how the solar effects my electric bill and also for the pond and dog park!

What a beautiful community. In the short time that we’ve been here it has been a great experience. Everything we need is literally within walking distance. The interior/exterior of our building is aways kept immaculate. There’s definitely more value at this community compared to other local properties with comparable pricing.

The leasing and Move-in experiencce at Millyards has been nothing sort of amazing. Carlos, Mackenzie and Dennis has been awsome to work with. The property is clean, well maintained and facilities like Gym, Pool, Dog area are best you could find. Really happy with my decision to move in at Millyards.
