Property Ratings at Milltown Residences
Very well maintained, landlord is super friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond what is expected. Very safe complex. The park is great for walking dogs, and there is a playground for the kiddos, very peaceful area to live at. The in unit washer and dryer is very nice to have. Security cameras on property to prevent mail/package theft. Smoke free property. Hardly ever hear neighbors, walls are well insulated. I would highly recommend this property, one of the best in River Falls area. I have had no issues living at this property.
