The building itself has security locks on the main entry door, an intercom system, laundromat quality Speed Queen coin operated washers and dryers downstairs and a parking lot offering off street parking. Some well-behaved pets are negotiable, however, any dangerous breeds of dogs are forbidden. If you would like more information on the apartment, please make sure to include a current phone number and a good time to contact you. As a prospective tenant, please be prepared to talk briefly about your employment status, income and your credit score, your ideal move date and the number of family members included in a household. I will discuss the apartment only with the person who would be applying for the apartment, and I will not respond to any emails without a phone number (it just is not time efficient to send back and forth emails when a quick conversation can resolve all issues/questions).
