Property Ratings at Mill on Main I & II
I have lived at MOM for about 19 months and it has a lot to offer, close to the Mayo Clinic and downtown Austin. The management and maintenance is excellent and very friendly. It has a very nice fitness room with basically everything you could ask for. A comfortable and relaxing 8 seat theater that is so enjoyable. So much more I could say but please come and check it out for yourself. and it's pet friendly!
I absolutely love living at Mill On Main! It’s quiet, clean, safe, and management regularly communicates. This is truly a place to call home!
I have lived for almost a year and have enjoyed all this place offers. The property manager is very responsive to anything you might need. It's a short commute to work also and everything in town.
I’ve lived here for 9 months and love the building, amenities, friendly and helpful management, and overall good vibe here! The building itself is beautiful! It’s conveniently located to downtown and my work. Bonus having Mill Pond right across the street!

Mill on Main is a great place to live!! The facility is clean and very modern looking. Walk out the front or back you you are close to everything downtown.
I have been living here since Oct of 2023. Love the building, the amenities and the community. The location is right in the center of town and a few steps away from downtown restaurants/bars and walking/biking paths. We sold a home last year and have come to enjoy the idea that now when we come home we don't have to mow the lawn or fix anything around the house. ;) Now we can enjoy our free time so much more!
I have lived here nearly a year and the biggest thing I can say is I love that this is a SAFE and fun place to live! I enjoy the theater room and game room and love that there are multiple outdoor spaces to grill and gather with family and friends. The staff have always been quick to respond to questions or concerns and I cannot thank them enough for making this such an inviting and warm environment. The building is located across from Mill Pond which provides a wonderful walking path and near the YMCA and all the downtown businesses! This is a place worth checking out in the Austin area!
If there is a problem they will get right to it all the employees I’ve met have been kind and most people that live there are also welcoming! There’s get to know your neighbors events(: also a great view from my balcony!
I have lived here for 8 months, unfortunately had to move due to my work status, but I enjoyed every moment of it! I loved the view outside of my patio and quick response from maintenance. Jamie was very kind and accommodated a lot of things. Highly recommend!
Mill on Main offers lots of amenities and is located close to downtown Austin! Jana and Rod are amazing; they bring a lot of experience with them to make Mill on Main the place to live!!
