The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Mill Creek Apartments
I can't say enough good things about Karrie as a property manager! She is always attentive, responsive, and proactive when it comes to handling any issues or concerns. No matter how big or small the problem, she addresses it quickly and efficiently, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Her customer service is outstanding—she truly cares about the tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels heard and taken care of. It's rare to find someone as dedicated and professional as Karrie. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch property manager!
Mill Creek (and Saddle Creek - Campbell Caron properties) have been in my experience, great places to live. I've lived in their properties nearly 6 years and still do, currently at Mill Creek. Karrie and the staff are fantastic - any issues I've ever had (and I've had nearly zero and those very minor) are dealt with quickly, professionally, and with genuine concern. They keep things clean, quiet, and courteous. They keep up on market trends and offer a variety of units to fit most any budget. I highly recommend their properties if you like safe, quiet, and clean.
