I fell in love with the property and the area, but the most amazing aspect of the visit was Lauren! Lauren is efficient, professional, warm and personable. She made the application process straightforward and effortless. She was patient and addressed all of my matters graciously and thoroughly. The apartments are beautiful, the property is immaculately kept and the beach is right there!! I hope to call this place home very soon!!
Lauren has been amazing helping me find the perfect apartment for my son & girlfriend .. She has went above and beyond . The apartments are beautiful and in the most incredible location , within walking distance to Walnut Beach, stores , restaurants , ice cream and everything in between . I took a tour today with my daughter and her boyfriend. What a beautifully maintained apartment. The grounds were pristine. So close to the beach. We took a walk around the neighborhood and what a nice community. Lauren, the property manager, was so patient and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and really took her time with us. So excited for them to move in when the time comes!

What a beautiful place. The grounds are well maintained and the area is perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful today on our first visit. They were honest and up front. I also got to speak with a current resident who spoke very highly of the place on her way to do laundry! I left feeling good about putting in an application and look forward to visiting again!

Moving in a couple of weeks. Have worked with the leasing office for a couple of months. They have been open, honest and helpful with all of our requests. The property is gorgeous and is within a 3 to 5 minute walk of the beach. Beautiful interior apartments and very spacious. Getting a great value for your dollar here for sure.

Lauren was truly amazing!!! She welcomed me and my daughter with a friendly smile and mad us feel at home. Apartments are spacious with plenty is closet space and great layout. The grounds were well kept and inviting. We put in an application before we left today. We can’t wait to move in!!!

Our experience was absolutely delightful. Lauren was warm, welcoming, and exceptionally fantastic. As soon as we walked in, without an appointment mind you, Lauren swooped in to accommodate us. What shall I say! This place is 100% among the best places to live in if you need to be around New Haven or Fairfield. The apartments are super clean and rich compared to any other listings in the area, they are the best. About luxury, THIS IS LUXURY OF NATURE. There is no other place offering that much of beauty and nature. Silver Sands State Park and walnut beach were my backyards. Privacy and safety guaranteed and maintenance was always there when I needed anything. Neighbors are well selected and they were all nice people. I had to move to the city but definitely I would love to go back and live there again. Big thanks to owners and management. Walking, Parking, Sea, Forest, Nature

And by poor I mean none. Thin walls and creaky floors you're going to be essentially living with your neighbor. Especially if you have a 1st floor apt with someone over you. Prepare to hear every step they take, the tv they watch, even sometimes the coversations they have. If you're super unlucky as I was twice you'll get to live below those with pets-which add even more unblocked noise. It's a nightmare.
The rent is high the apartment is old old refrigerator old stove old bathroom old cabinet the only good thing about it is heat andhot water included Old windows old carpet and hallways building syncing need a better place for the price
