Great Location, Great Building

Midvale Ashton Plaza has proven to be an amazing building. The location cannot be beat. I am pleased with how quickly I can walk places and meet up with friends, etc. The location and building are safe and I feel secure. My neighbors have been nothing but friendly and warm. I am looking forward to continuing my residency here.

Spacious hardwood great location

the apartments here at Midvale are very nice they are quite spacious and one great thing is that they have all hardwood floors. All of the neighbors are very friendly with each other and most of us have dogs. One of the downfalls is that the appliances are old and outdated. However if you ask the manager he will update your appliances if they are rather old. The manager is quite efficient and very helpful. If you put in a maintenance request or any other type of request he will usually have it filled by the next day . Most of the apartments have dual balconies off of the bedroom and the living room which is quite nice. The manager will also let you paint your apartment and make minor alterations as long as you clear it with him first. One other downfall is that there are only two washer and dryers for the whole unit. However people are usually very nice about being timely with their laundry.
