Property Ratings at Midtown Green
It’s been great living here so far. Great balcony views, amazing community and exciting events. Couldn’t be at a better place in North Hills.
I’ve lived here for over four years and have generally had a positive experience—otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed this long. However, over the past two years, things have declined. There’s been frequent turnover in property management—four managers, three within one year—which suggests some instability. While the building is mostly well-maintained, repairs like the parking gate often take a while, and there haven’t been any upgrades to common areas such as the pool, lounge, or business center (where even the printer doesn’t work and the coffee machine is frequently out-of-order). The last improvements were made under the first property manager between 2022 and 2023 - since then, nothing. Rents continue to rise, but little seems reinvested into the community. Even the resident events, which added a great sense of connection, have stopped. I used to recommend this place to friends—unfortunately, I can’t say the same today.

I love it here! The staff is so friendly. The neighborhood is great...I am quite surprised at the low noise level with Midtown park. I've never experienced any issues and enjoy being a resident.
It’s a nice area. Location is good. I just wish they would tighten the security. There was the strange guy coming after my teenage daughter and asked if he could get lucky I was not comfortable with that. I guess that’s North Hills for you.
Everything’s going great so far! Moving in was a breeze, and I absolutely love this new space. The staff has been incredibly helpful, and it’s such a pleasant place to live
I checked out multiple apartments in the area before moving to Raleigh. I liked that the intake process was organized, my questions were answered thoroughly. The administration and maintenance is very responsive. Security is also great and I feel at ease.
Such an easy move in!! Super clean, I love it here! I’ve always wanted to live in north hills and I’m so happy that I picked midtown green to live at!!
The move was pretty smooth. The apartment was well kept when I moved in. The small repairs were done almost immediately. Candace was very sweet and helped me at each step of my move in process

If you are looking for the best location for the price look no further as you have found your new home! The location can’t be beat as it’s right around the corner. The best shops and restaurants are also right here at the tip of your fingers to enjoy. One of the reasons that I love apartment living is because all the maintenence is covered. That being said, I have never met a more professional team in Benji and his assistant Demarius who manage and run the maintenence department here. I have had nothing but exceptional interactions with them. Any issues with the building are handled quickly and done the right time the first time. For me, this is very important and I feel right at home. I just resigned my lease. Take a tour and find out for yourself.

Jessica and Dana are the most hospitable and friendliest manager I’ve met. Very helpful, accomodating and a top-notch professionals on their chosen field. The maintenance act very fast and complete the work as fast as less than 5hrs. Planning to stay here for more years because of these wonderful management and staffs.

Absolutely love living at Midtown Green! The location is top notch - very walkable and always has fun events going on throughout the North Hills Area. Perfect area to live in if you have pets, cute neighborhods to walk through and a sweet dog park next door. The Midtown Green staff is very responsive, professional, and friendly! Maintenance team is super responsive and completes tasks within 24 hours, absolutely incredible. The staff truly cares about every resident and goes above and beyond in all aspects. I look forward to spending many more years here!

My apartment has a great view overlooking the park, buildings and pool (corner apartment). I leave my blinds up so during the day I have a beautiful view while working from home and at night I can view all the lights that illuminate from the trees, buildings and sky. Beautiful club room and lounge area, great yoga studio and a quiet courtyard makes everything relaxing when I like to hang out outside of my apartment.

We were in the process of relocating from Boston, and none of the neighborhoods or buildings in downtown Raleigh checked our boxes. We happened upon Midtown Green and loved the building and its North Hills location. Every amenity you could ever need is right at your doorstop - boutique shops, restaurants, gyms, grocery. The building itself is beautiful, always clean, and even smells amazing. The units facing the park sell quickly, and we weren't able to get one, but we have really enjoyed living in the back of the building where it is very quiet, peaceful and private. We highly recommend Midtown Green!

The Midtown Green staff are great, and as of December 2020, are much of an improvement over the prior team.
I love Midtown Green! It has been the most comfortable living experience as well as positive relationship with rental company. It really is a community who know their neighbors and participate in activities together.
Midtown Green is an excellent place to live. I moved in during the pandemic from a rental house and feel just as safe here as I did in a house. There are virtual community events that make it feel like a community and the safety precautions are well thought out.
