Midtown Green

It’s been great living here so far. Great balcony views, amazing community and exciting events. Couldn’t be at a better place in North Hills.

I’ve lived here for over four years and have generally had a positive experience—otherwise, I wouldn’t have stayed this long. However, over the past two years, things have declined. There’s been frequent turnover in property management—four managers, three within one year—which suggests some instability. While the building is mostly well-maintained, repairs like the parking gate often take a while, and there haven’t been any upgrades to common areas such as the pool, lounge, or business center (where even the printer doesn’t work and the coffee machine is frequently out-of-order). The last improvements were made under the first property manager between 2022 and 2023 - since then, nothing. Rents continue to rise, but little seems reinvested into the community. Even the resident events, which added a great sense of connection, have stopped. I used to recommend this place to friends—unfortunately, I can’t say the same today.

I love it here! The staff is so friendly. The neighborhood is great...I am quite surprised at the low noise level with Midtown park. I've never experienced any issues and enjoy being a resident.

It’s a nice area. Location is good. I just wish they would tighten the security. There was the strange guy coming after my teenage daughter and asked if he could get lucky I was not comfortable with that. I guess that’s North Hills for you.

Everything’s going great so far! Moving in was a breeze, and I absolutely love this new space. The staff has been incredibly helpful, and it’s such a pleasant place to live

I checked out multiple apartments in the area before moving to Raleigh. I liked that the intake process was organized, my questions were answered thoroughly. The administration and maintenance is very responsive. Security is also great and I feel at ease.

The move was pretty smooth. The apartment was well kept when I moved in. The small repairs were done almost immediately. Candace was very sweet and helped me at each step of my move in process

Angela, the manager is fantastic. She was so helpful with move in and answering all my questions. Since moving in, I am loving the community. My fellow residents are beyond nice, respectful and always a joy to see.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Building is well-maintained. Very clean and tidy. Well- decorated. Perfect area with so much to do within walking distance! I love it!!

Great apartment. I just moved in and it could not be more than perfect. Very clean. Haven’t heard any noise and can walk right to my floor from the parking garage.

All staff have been helpful, nice, and attentive. Communication has been great. Location will work great for my relocation to the Raleigh area.

The new management manager is doing it best to fix the long pending issue of the apartment,the barriers ,weed smell,dog poop and very noisy at neighbors can be irritating why you work from home.

This is my first week in my place but so far everything is great. Everyone I talk to take it came across seeing really friendly and helpful. Everything in my apartment works and I had no issues.

Best apartment around in north hills just renewed my lease for that very reason. You cannot go wrong you have every around with this location food, grocery store. You won’t my unhappy with midtown green

Midtown Green has a welcoming and inclusive community environment. The building is kept very clean, staff and maintenance are all friendly, caring and personable.

Just moved in this week. The leasing experience was very easy with Candace. We love the neighborhood. We signed a short term lease and it was affordable. Ultimately we selected this apartment because the terms of the lease met our needs.

Midtown Green is one of the best places I have ever lived! Lots of community activites and local events! It is so close to everything you could ever need and has a safe feel!

Living in Midtown Green Apartments feels similar to residing in a high school dormitory due to the presence of loud noise, trash, the smell of weed, and pet-related issues. Overall, the experience is quite unpleasant.

Good community. Lots of things to do for young professionals. Roof top cocktail bars and restaurants. Farmers market and live music. Very happy here !

If you are looking for the best location for the price look no further as you have found your new home! The location can’t be beat as it’s right around the corner. The best shops and restaurants are also right here at the tip of your fingers to enjoy. One of the reasons that I love apartment living is because all the maintenence is covered. That being said, I have never met a more professional team in Benji and his assistant Demarius who manage and run the maintenence department here. I have had nothing but exceptional interactions with them. Any issues with the building are handled quickly and done the right time the first time. For me, this is very important and I feel right at home. I just resigned my lease. Take a tour and find out for yourself.

The staff, location and our apartment is the best. Choosing Midtown was the best decision ever. Chris was so attentive and made our moving process smooth. Love everyone at Midtown!

Jessica and Dana are the most hospitable and friendliest manager I’ve met. Very helpful, accomodating and a top-notch professionals on their chosen field. The maintenance act very fast and complete the work as fast as less than 5hrs. Planning to stay here for more years because of these wonderful management and staffs.

Absolutely love living at Midtown Green! The location is top notch - very walkable and always has fun events going on throughout the North Hills Area. Perfect area to live in if you have pets, cute neighborhods to walk through and a sweet dog park next door. The Midtown Green staff is very responsive, professional, and friendly! Maintenance team is super responsive and completes tasks within 24 hours, absolutely incredible. The staff truly cares about every resident and goes above and beyond in all aspects. My apartment has a great view overlooking the park, buildings and pool (corner apartment). I leave my blinds up so during the day I have a beautiful view while working from home and at night I can view all the lights that illuminate from the trees, buildings and sky. Beautiful club room and lounge area, great yoga studio and a quiet courtyard makes everything relaxing when I like to hang out outside of my apartment.

We were in the process of relocating from Boston, and none of the neighborhoods or buildings in downtown Raleigh checked our boxes. We happened upon Midtown Green and loved the building and its North Hills location. Every amenity you could ever need is right at your doorstop - boutique shops, restaurants, gyms, grocery. The building itself is beautiful, always clean, and even smells amazing. The units facing the park sell quickly, and we weren't able to get one, but we have really enjoyed living in the back of the building where it is very quiet, peaceful and private. We highly recommend Midtown Green!

I absolutely loved my time at Midtown Green! If I wasnt moving out of state, I wouldnt have hesitated to resign my lease! Midtown Green has amazing staff and respectful neighbors, and I have made some lifelong friends here!

I love Midtown Green! It has been the most comfortable living experience as well as positive relationship with rental company. It really is a community who know their neighbors and participate in activities together.

Midtown Green is an excellent place to live. I moved in during the pandemic from a rental house and feel just as safe here as I did in a house. There are virtual community events that make it feel like a community and the safety precautions are well thought out.
