This place has a fantastic team. They are attentive, fast and efficient. From the first moment I was very well attended by Shanice and Daphne. The Manager was very fast and attentive. I am very happy.

The community is very clean and updated. The office is always very helpful and Ali is a rockstar!

This place is great for pets! The area is very nice and close to the mall. The leasing staff and Ali are super fantastic!

Great amenities include gym, pool, The grounds are well maintained, the staff is exceptionally friendly especially Ana , and the units are quality materials definitely loving midtown .

I came and toured a week ago and Gaby gave me the best experience. My wife and I definitely have Midtown at the top of our list to move at eh end of the year!

El tour de los apartamentos estuvo excelente pude responder todas mis dudas las áreas sociales estaba en excelente estado y limpieza y la atención muy buena de parte carolina apolindar.

A lot of people have already expressed the sentiment that I share. This community nickel and dimes you for everything under the sun that they possibly can. They do not care how strong of a tenant you are or have been over YEARS. We understand that market rate rentals are bonkers in Miami for this cycle, however, tenured tenants that have been nothing but good standing paying members of the community should not be treated as a bottom line burn and churn item on their Rent Roll. It seems that upper management wants absolutely nothing to do with the community members and would rather them leave than come to the table on fairness and proactive management work to keep the community clean, safe, and flourishing. Let this be a buyer beware for anyone who has multiple options and is considering this community. On a side note, but a large one, there is ZERO care or control for crime, despicable praying booting and towing, drugs and drug dealing, partying, etc.

’ve lived here for a few years, and when I first moved in I felt like I lived I a resort. Ever since Lincoln properties took over the office staff is horrible they act like they’re doing you a favor for even talking to you. No parking, dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere we pay extra for pest control but you’d never know it. Obliviously I’m on this sight now to look for a new place. Very sad how this beautiful community has gone to the gutter!

I met the service technician James who was able to answer all my questions about the property. He was very helpful with great customer service and took the initiative to go above and beyond.

Super super bad property and extremely bad management!!!!! Don’t ever rent an apartment here!!!! Super dirty , no enough parking spots, your delivery packages stolen every time! You can’t order anything online because you can’t get it!!!! They like to charges the fees for everything : trashes , dog poops everywhere but they charged you non refundable animal deposit $500 for each dog and animal $50 rent for each dog!!!! Everywhere is insects and bugs! Super dirty!!!!!There is no parking space and resident park the car at corner and they immobilized the car and charge you $65!!!!! They are thief they never solve the problem. This is ridiculous property don’t ever come here and rent it!!!!!!! You will make big mistake i did already I have 3 more months than Thanks god I will move!!!!! Today my baby sitter came at 8 am I registered her car at 8:14 , but they already immobilized her car at 8:08! I have newborn baby I was in rushed I saw the guy who immobilized the car, told him the story he called his manager and they say management has to call us then they are willing to remove it! Because they know I was right. My husband went to leasing office but they didn’t call and I paid $65 again!!!!! I say again don’t ever rent here!!!!!
