This property needs new leasing office to adhere to urgent maintenance tickets over 3mths.This is very important for owner to hire reputable leasing companies.Why owner don't know or aware of the corporate office,ignored tenants phone calls as well.This is very inconsiderate, unprofessional and a urge disrespect to the owner.Office refused to adhere to the issues at hand.Long maintenance waiting to get ticket done Whenever reviews are done,they paid to take them down.This is a verified review for this property with a current resident.Pay attention to details and no make no move in special to blind your judgement.Read thoroughly,check & get everything in writing before signing no lease.Rent at your risk.Stop removing verified tenants review.

We have lived here for many years and have had several different management companies. This one is by far the best one. They actually respond to maintenance requests and take care of all issues that we have. they are very friendly whenever we interact with them. we understand that they are not here to be our friends, they are here to get the job done, and they do it very well!!!! I want to relocate to the Tamarac area I drove by these apartments and took a chance and stopped in. I was greeted by two ladies in the office who were both very helpful, welcoming and professional. I especially love the pool and lake areas. It’s so serene. I will be back when I’m ready to move!

Lived the for a year, there was always something going, the lady that’s in charge is very rude. She would go back on her words all the time. When you call the office for help, it took maintenance days to come by with more phone calls and trips to the office. Roaches everywhere and did I mentioned the manager is rude. Terrible!
This is the worst place since the new office and new management. Not only do they let people live here without being on the lease but they overcharge and make a horrible living experience. I have lived here for multiple years because I didn't feel like moving. I am moving now. The office manager is very unhelpful. They tell you they will call you on a certain day and they never do. I had to wait 3 months for a working dryer and dishwasher. They not only not do their job but expect you to do their job for them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
i’ve been living here for a year now and not only did they increase the prices by a whole 145$ for the 2x2 bedroom apts but they barely did anything to merit such a high rise in pricing, sure the area is great and the place looks great on the outside, but the inside definitely could be better, the bathrooms are in dire need of renovating especially the plumbing systems so outdated! the kitchens are okay but still need some touch ups, we pay for our trash to be taken for us and it never is, the closet doors are falling apart, i’d say to explore many other options before setting into this place
New Resident here at midora and I must say they are amazing ppl and work with you on everything. Me and my fiancé love our new place. They are fast when it comes to you moving in also have great customer service as well. Big thanks to Fauda and Tania if you need any help they are the ones to call there amazing.
Love this complex and the management, been living here for almost 3 years, never had a complain to give any time I need something fix In my apartment maintenance is there very quick to get it fix.is just perfect and affordable.
Sure, it's quiet but definitely not worth it. Rent increased $123 for the "classic" unit which had NO upgrades. Parking lot is ALWAYS dark since the light posts never work. Vandalism on vehicles occurred 4 times during my lease term of 2016-2017 and management made no efforts to re-structure safety measures. Kitchen is fairly small, no room for dining table unless you compromise for a smaller living space. Bathroom sink is in your room and closet space is average. 1 BR is ideal for 1 person and too small if you have a big pet.
There are more cons than pros here. Good thing is, it's a great location for shopping and schools. Also lots to do in the community. Bad things are there is little to NO storage. So do plenty of spring cleaning and garage sales before u move here! The rent goes up $100 each year which is crazy for this place. Please consider all your options and don't get mesmerized by the show unit like we did!
As it is hard to find an affordable apartment that isn't slummy in South Florida, this was a good find 2 years ago. It's conveniently located in Broward County where you can get pretty much everywhere within 20-25mins. I love the fact that the kitchen is fully renovated, but the bathrooms need the same attention badly. The kitchen is a bit cramped with not much counter space if you hoard appliances. I'm a double sink person and this one only has one small sink in the kitchen. Also, the rooms don't have overhead lighting. You'll need to invest in floor lamps. Lately the rental prices have been creeping up to a price that's teetering on the high side for what you're getting. All things considered, I love the staff and how they remember the residents. It's also fairly quiet and family oriented.
