The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Midland Terrace
Midland terrace is a great community with a family feel. Security keeps an eye on the apartments and condos and seeing them around reminds us we are safe. There is nice common areas, and even though you lose patio space you might find at other apartments and condos it's made up for with these common areas that are almost park like, plenty of shade from trees a place for dogs to be outside as well as a grill space. People are friendly though some neighbors are loud (but what do you expect when you share a wall or two? Great spacious rooms and good closet space, a lot of bang for your buck here for sure.
