The roach problem still has not gone away since we been here, and the gnats are a constant problem. Rent too high to be living alongside big roaches and gnats.

I love the location of where I live. The only problem I have is, they don’t have control of the people coming out here to go swimming & we get ridiculous emails about it as if we’re the ones doing what they’re complaining about in the emails

We do want to clarify that our community has several on-site courtesy officers as well as contracted officers with the Columbus Police Department who actively monitor and address issues—especially when concerns are reported in real time. Regarding the pool, we haven’t sent out any community-wide emails about pool concerns since last summer. If you've received something recently, please feel free to forward it to our office so we can review and clarify. We appreciate your residency and want to ensure everyone can enjoy our amenities respectfully and safely.
Parking lots need re paved. too many potholes and lines are barely visible. Security needs major improvements. cats are broken into, gates are always broken. Pools are overrun with non residents

While paving is a large-scale project that requires planning and coordination, we’ve already begun evaluating areas in need of repair and will continue addressing them as part of our ongoing maintenance plans. In terms of security, we have several on-site courtesy officers as well as contracted Columbus Police Department officers who monitor the property and respond to incidents when notified in real time. We strongly encourage residents to report any suspicious activity immediately so it can be addressed. As for the pools, we understand the importance of ensuring they are enjoyed by residents only. Our teams regularly monitor pool activity, and we’re continually working to improve access control and enforce rules to keep the amenities safe and enjoyable for everyone. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are committed to making improvements wherever possible.
My closest neighbors are very nice. We check on each other when important moments are made known. None are loud. We respect each other's need for peace and privacy while looking out for each other. I've lived here for many years. Neighbors come and go, so the community is always changing. Overall, it's been a good community experience.

Breezeways needs cleaning, more upkeep on the lawn areas, leaves need raked, doggy park is to muddy, only one pool open and the back gate is alway broken.

Beautiful apartment complex, been here for less than a month and im loving it so far. The area is quiet and nice. Enjoy my evening walk with my puppy. Maintance is alway quick and fast to solve any issues. Timothy is awesome and always quick, to responding when needing something done for maintenance.

Overall I do like the community, the units, and amenities. However, there a few things I wish could be better. For instance, in my current apartment (the Bradford) the floors in kitchen need to be redone. They have a lot of sunk in spots and it makes me feel uneasy whenever I go into the kitchen. On a separate note, I like our new apartment so far, the Cypress) it's really spacious and very accommodating. Hopefully the upstairs neighbors are respectful when it comes to excessive stomping and loud noises.

The apartment is nice for the price. Maintenance is nice and effective. The pool is nice when it’s open. Nice gym. Cool package system. Love the valet trash. Waffle House is close. Quiet neighbors depending on where you are in the complex.

I’m a resident who has loved Midland Falls for a few years now. I adore my apartment, the location, the woodsy feel, the manicured Sidewalks and paths through the woods. My dog loves all that as well. It is so quiet and peaceful here and my favorite thing is sitting on the porch I fixed up in my style, all year round . Maintenance is incredible. They Show up promptly and all of them are thorough, clean up after themselves, and are very personable. They go above and beyond to help. The office staff are the same . They address you personally to every concern you have. The amenities are many for those who enjoy golf, tennis, working out, swimming, and volleyball! It’s hopefully going to be my home for all the years left in my life.

Quiet Apartment living. Amenities are more than most apartments for the area. Maintenance is prompt and thorough in their work. The Best part, the office personnel, will go far and beyond, to work with you on any issues that may present themselves.

The complex is in a nice area. There are nice amenities, when available. Last summer only 2 out of the many pools in the complex were open. The staff does try to keep the area cleaned up and presentable. There have been recent issues posted to social media regarding vehicle break ins at night.

I have been with this community since 2016. When I moved in the office staff were on it!! Very pleasant and thorough about my contract. Loved that they had security at nights and during the weekends. Maintenance was topnotch, office staff and management were awesome. The neighbors in the building were cool. Well, that honeymoon was short lived! ?? j/k Eight years later and I am still here. The apartments are in the perfect spot. Close to shopping, eating establishments, highway access etc..

So far I’m really happy about my decision to live here, my only complaint is the lighting at night time. I’m a single woman that works night shift, and my safety is top priority. I don’t feel safe walking into the night to my car at these apartments. Can we please look into adding more street lighting? That would be so awesome.

So far living here has been ok. We’re experiencing a lot of noise though. But maintenance is always swift and the RAM employees always treats us well and take care of our needs.

Love the amenities. Just the gates seems to always have issues. Now, they want to start officially making us bring our trash cans(valet trash can) or they will charge us $25. However, they only supply a dirty, ant filled trash cans and no one wants to bring that into their house. If we’re going to have to bring them in they should supply a clean one. When we moved in our trash can was full of ants and even had cigarettes butts and some trash in it.

The requirement to bring in trash bins after collection has always been in place to maintain a tidy appearance and avoid potential violations. The apartments are nice , and well put together , there friendly , and kind in the front office . Maintenance actually does work . I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay !! Highly recommended 10 outta 10!!

Apartments are okay. There are many areas that could use improvements, however, maintenance staff is very helpful and timely. The apartments could use improvements and renovations, especially for the cost. Utilities especially in the summer are crazy expensive because the units aren’t insulated well at all. Parking lots and roads throughout the neighborhood NEED to be re-paved. There are craters in the parking lots. Amenities are nice, pools and gym are great. Staff is all friendly and helpful but the quality of the apartments is not the best.

This is my home now for 3 years. It is quiet and peaceful. It has beautiful surroundings like woods, sidewalks, waterfalls. It has plenty of amenities if you are so inclined. Tennis, volleyball, pools, a car wash, a gym and indoor golf experience. Maintenance is very receptive to your needs The grounds crew keep the area looking clean and kempt. I love my apartment and my location and feel completely safe here. My neighbors are all super nice too. I’m happy here.

With the huge winter storm that hit us it was nice to be able to still walk in it and see the community staying nice and safe and home. With all the amenities here there's no real need to drive out in bad weather.

I’ve been in this complex since 2016 & I really love it over here. It’s nice & quiet but the prices of rent keeps going up & if we renew our lease, we’ll be charge an additional 16.00 to purchase their renters insurance along with the o e we already have in place

Since July 2024, the outside lighting is horrible. 1/3 of the lights are off. I talked to 4 employees and I heard 2 different answers. One day they are waiting for the 3rd party to come and fix them and I has been taking them 6 months. The other day, I will tell the office to change them.

The apartment is really showing age inside & out, but it is comfortable for the most part. Very spacious compared to other 2 bedroom/2.5 bath apartments in the area. The community is quiet most of the time, even during school break periods. Parking in front of some apartment units could be a little better, but that's mainly because some tenants have several cars, & take up more than two spaces in front of the building (nothing that the management can really control.) The only big complaint I had this past summer was that all but 2 of the pools were closed, due to unruly tenants who just could not abide by the rules. The neighborhood is nice to go for walks.

Overall, it’s a great place to live. My neighbors are nice and quiet. A few issues with the pool this summer and people sneaking in and not much was really done on it besides blaming the residents and taking it out on the residents and closing most of the pools down which wasn’t fair to us. People sneak in the gates or the gates are broke. Just wish they would leave the tanning bed open longer as they only have it open when the leasing office is open and for people that work 8-5 you really can’t get in to use it. Besides that the dog parks and everything else is amazing do love living here. Hoping next summer they will have the pool issue more under control

Regarding the pool issues this past summer, we understand your concerns. Please know that we took several measures to address these challenges, including adding several additional patrol officers to our schedule and bringing on another courtesy officer to monitor the property. Unfortunately, we experienced significant misuse of the pools, such as broken glass being thrown into the water, furniture being damaged, and excessive trash left behind. These incidents created safety and maintenance issues that led us to focus our efforts on maintaining the remaining pools in excellent condition for residents to enjoy. As for the tanning bed, it is available only during office hours because its control panel must be monitored by staff to ensure safe and proper use. We understand the limitation for those with a 9-to-5 schedule, and we appreciate your suggestion. We value your input and are committed to improving these experiences. Your understanding is appreciated, and we’re optimistic about providing an even better summer experience next year.
The application process was great, leasing office was awesome!!!! We werent told the apartment we were getting was very old and needed work. Upon moving in we had quite a few issues but maintenance came and took care of everything very fast

I am coming up to my two year anniversary here . I could not be happier. It is so quiet here and I sit on the porch I have renovated myself and there are so many birds. We have woods and sidewalks, pools, a gym, tennis and volleyball! I have so many friends now and we look out for each other and help each other. I am retired and I would be very hard pressed to find anywhere else I could afford to go and be this happy . I look Forward to being here forever.
