I just renewed my lease, so obviously I like living here. I am older and have not met many people in my area that are my age that are involved in any activities provided on the property or off. I would like to see even one day a month with an activity for or something for us to meet and greet. Other than that, I enjoy my neighborhood, it’s quiet and peaceful. The staff is great. Thanks.

The office staff is nice. However the apartments are not worth the money. The “upgraded” units are just painted over and they have a roach problem. Walk outside the apartment and there’s roaches everywhere.

My experience is good. I love my view of the woods and pool areas and that I have access to them. The utilities work just fine. I’ve been here less than a week and everyone I’ve encountered is friendly and nice. The gym and other amenities are fine too.

This apartment complex is quiet for the most part and I like how maintenance responds promptly to issues. But the pet waste needs to be further addressed...I've seen pet owners on their phones while their dogs do their business and not pick up after them. I understand they do it on the grass but somehow they still often end up on the sidewalks.

Generally good community feel and overall proximity to Columbus. Great set of amenities. Apartments themselves have lots of options but a bit outdated. Nothing egregious. So far has been reasonably quiet considering how many units exist here.

Everything has been great. However, last year the pools were kept open longer. This year they did have more security which was great. But it’s still over 90 degrees and a bunch of other complex’s still have their pools open. We’re in the south so closing pools on Labor Day and not opening them until Memorial Day is kinda ridiculous when it get warmer here a lot earlier and stays warmer here later. At least open one pool early and leave one pool open later if need be. One of the reason I got this apartment was for the pool and with rent increase each year it’s just a bit frustrating when it’s over 90 and I can’t go to the pool. But I will say at least this year it was a lot nicer having the security there and not as many people sneaking in

My personal experience living here has been good. Maintenance is good at completing orders in a timely manner. I have had nothing but great communication with the staff. I love the locker room for packages. My neighbors are respectful and friendly.

Apartments need many renovations. They have been updated but they are simply paint and countertops updated, there are significant issues that require actual repairs or replacements. Mold, lack of proper insulation, inconsistencies between units, Drainage and water issues. Toilet flappers that are completely corroded and break often. Water that comes out brown. AC units that can’t even keep a 2 bedroom apartment at a constant temperature because of lack of insulation. Dirty exteriors (windows, doors,etc), breezeways need power washed and cleaned, wasp nests accumulating everywhere need to be removed and treated. Parking lots and roadways need re paved and re painted. Security is an issue, vehicles broken into, gates are CONSTANTLY broken or left open. Not worth the cost of rent. Maintenance is nice and does their best but they are just putting bandaids on bullet holes. Not their fault. Would not recommend living here until management begins to worry more about tenants and issues.

Please know that our team takes resident concerns seriously—maintenance requests are handled promptly, mold concerns are treated immediately when reported, breezeways and exteriors are pressure washed on a rotating schedule across our 63 buildings, and wasp nests are removed as they’re identified. We’ve also recently repaved portions of the community and continue to work with both courtesy officers and CPD officers to support safety. We truly care about our residents’ experience and encourage you to stop by or call the office so we can assist you directly.
This complex is really cool I like it a lot. Really pretty. Nice pools. Animals scurry around. I see a dog from time to time. My cats? They love the porch. Cool place overall.

I love Midland falls apartments. A peaceful place to have an apartment and relax at home after a long day at work. A great neighborhood to walk around. The grass is nice to walk on and jump rope on. I can work on my music peacefully and my schoolwork.

There are a variety of things that annoy me about living here: the floorboards are creaky, the water is often shut off for one reason or another, the doors and windows don't seem to fully shut (you can see the light coming though when it's closed, and you can feel the wind through the windows when they're closed), roaches and there bugs often get in (I seal all my food, so it's probably due to the gaps in windows and doors). On the other hand, I do appreciate that there is a decently equipped gym despite it being very small, tennis courts, and the staff are always very courteous and helpful.

I just moved in and it was great. Ramona, one of the agents at Midland Falls helped me move in. She was great and knowledgeable. She clarified a lot of things for me, which made my life easy. So far, I see that the property is well maintained. I would recommend to give them a chance.

The security gates need improvement. They either don’t work properly or/ are wide open or they respond slowly allowing others to tailgate behind you. Recent incidents of break ins and thefts have happened and the office has yet to address anything. Every other week, water is turned off for “maintenance “. Pest control/air filters being replaced is not what’s communicated in resident email newsletters. The complex isn’t what it was a year ago.

We do perform routine maintenance on the gates; however, a recent incident where a resident accidentally hit the safety bollard and card swipe has temporarily affected functionality. The necessary parts have been ordered, and we’re working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. The gate arms are designed to lower immediately after each vehicle to help prevent tailgating, but we’re happy to take another look if you’re noticing something different. Regarding water shutoffs, we know they can be inconvenient, but they’re typically due to repairs that are unfortunately out of our control. Overall the experience here is awesome and the staff is here is very supportive and helpful. The swimming pools are super tidy and maintained and the gym ja also very good .

No issues. Everything works and the process was easy. I enjoy the community being gates and kept clean. The laundry services are also a cool thing to have especially as I wait for my equipment to arrive.

I have lived here for almost three years. I love the area I’m in. It’s had its ups and downs but that’s to be expected anywhere you live. The staff, mostly Kayla usually helps me out with anything that I need help with. My major concern was the dog poop not being picked up. I have decided to move on because people just don’t care anymore about rules.

Amenities have started to just be ok. The pools have been closed for over two weeks and it’s been over 90 degrees. I get it’s a chemical imbalance but it’s frustrating that it’s all the pools and it’s still not fixed and it’s so hot we can’t use them. We pay for them in our rent and it’s been two weeks and about to be longer and we can’t use them. It’s not ok. Plus valet trash people have gotten horrible it uset to be if you had your trash on the lid it was ok now they won’t even pick it up if there’s more then 2 bags and they now charge you if it’s on the lid and sometimes they don’t even pick it up.

I love the location of where I live. The only problem I have is, they don’t have control of the people coming out here to go swimming & we get ridiculous emails about it as if we’re the ones doing what they’re complaining about in the emails

Regarding the pool, we haven’t sent out any community-wide emails about pool concerns since last summer. We appreciate your residency and want to ensure everyone can enjoy our amenities respectfully and safely.
Parking lots need re paved. too many potholes and lines are barely visible. Security needs major improvements. cats are broken into, gates are always broken. Pools are overrun with non residents

In terms of security, we have several on-site courtesy officers as well as contracted Columbus Police Department officers who monitor the property and respond to incidents when notified in real time. We strongly encourage residents to report any suspicious activity immediately so it can be addressed. As for the pools, we understand the importance of ensuring they are enjoyed by residents only. Our teams regularly monitor pool activity, and we’re continually working to improve access control and enforce rules to keep the amenities safe and enjoyable for everyone. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are committed to making improvements wherever possible.
My closest neighbors are very nice. We check on each other when important moments are made known. None are loud. We respect each other's need for peace and privacy while looking out for each other. I've lived here for many years. Neighbors come and go, so the community is always changing. Overall, it's been a good community experience.
