Out of order
Property management lacks accountability. I've lived here 18 months and the automatic front gate has been out of order for the entire time. I was told the complex will have overnight security... not true either. Despite these things, they increased rent by nearly $200 per month.

affordable and quiet
Moved to Arizona from California and Shar and the other renew staff made it extremely easy to do so. They laid out the base price for rental plus utilities so it gave me a general idea what I would need to pay for each month. Also they made it clear on what items I would need to complete the application in order to lease with them. All in all a very pleasant experience. The apartments themselves are nice for the price. The walls are not thin so don’t worry about hearing your neighbor, they actually block out quite a bit of noise. Overall if you are looking for something affordable I would recommend renew.

Affordable place!
It was pretty rough when I first got here about a year ago but it has significantly gotten better. I would recommend due to the cost compared to other places. You have to understand that you get what you pay for. Don’t expect luxury but expect affordable!

Perfect for those new to the area!
We've been in this complex for over a year now and felt that we've experienced enough to write a thorough and honest review. We moved from Hawaii to Arizona and had not seen the property prior to signing. We were very impressed upon arrival and if someone is ever looking for an apartment, we always recommend Renew. In April, we moved from our fully renewed 1 bedroom unit to a partially renewed 2 bedroom unit. It is definitely worth it to sign to a completely renewed unit - there are way less issues. Maintenance is always same or next day service and staff is always professional. TLDR: this is a great community if you are new to the area and looking for a relatively safe and affordable apartment.

A waste of time
Me and my boyfriend recently applied , My boyfriend gets paid by a personal business check no pay stubs, gets 1099, deposits checks into his checking account all this was submitted with our application and got approved. Every day since we got approved WE were the ones calling asking what our next steps are and very rudely they say “ renters insurance” not telling us we needed to add them as the loss payee it was our first time ever getting renters insurance . I go on and get renters insurance send it over and that’s when they told us what we needed to add. Perfect no problem added them on the policy send it over no response no contact whatsoever until this afternoon telling me I needed to get SRP understandable , but calls my boyfriend telling him he needed paystubs what we send doesn’t work . Ok if you needed paystubs and 1099s don’t work then why would you waste our time telling us we are approved , us getting renters insurance and almost about to get SRP for a apartment we don’t even have yet. Now I have to wait for refunds after paying all fees necessary to get this apartment. I believe things happen for a reason after going on writing this review I see the roach problem and stuff breaking and rude staff ! Soo happy we didn’t get the apartment and got safe from the nightmare we would of lived in.

Moved into renew 111 today Levi was gray helping me and my family moved in everything looks great inside my apartment the ground and the pool area looked especially amazing I have a wonderful pool view love it here

Happy in AZ from MN
My family and moved in about 2 months ago from Minnesota Levi and Allyson emailed me daily letting me know everything and when we got here everything went smoothly. Rob told me they worked for 3days to get my apartment ready and everything looked so nice We love it here so much

Allison move me in back in November and I have to say the process was very easy. Levi always helps me out with any issues. And Edwin always fixes everything super fast and leaves my apartment very clean and nice

Great staff
Levi was great! Helped through the whole process of application and move in. He was on top of things and would not hesitate to get on the phone and light a fire and get things moving. Community seems great so far; Love the office staff!

I am finally home
I moved in today and I had to say the experience was wonderful leave I walk me through everything and made sure my move in was no stress at all The whole staff was helpful Allyson Lindsey and Mike made me feel right at home. Recently moved in, everyone in leasing office is amazing! Complex is very quiet and clean Can't wait to bring my dog Buddah to the dog park. And I can't wait to check out the gym. Thanks to Levi and Lindsey for helping me with my move in Also Allison and Kelly were great.

Lived here for three months I can honestly say that my time here has been great. Levi and Allison was wonderful. Kelly and Robert has made the transition to move out very smooth. Lindsey also had answers to all my concerns. Travis and Edwin always patrolled the grounds and kept them clean. I highly recommend this place

Just moved into renew one eleven. Levi and Allison have been such a great help. My move in was easy and I couldn’t be happier to be moving into such a great community with great people!!
