Amazing location, good amenities, nice and friendly staff that seem to actually seem invested in your happiness. Only downside is they like to party here… always a little bit of noise and occasionally a drunken mess.
Good amenities, residents and staff are respectful and understanding. only issues encountered is leak in the ceiling, however that was solved quickly by maintenance.
Living at the Meridian has been a great experience. The apartment itself is very spacious, offering plenty of room to relax, entertain, and set up a comfortable living space. The layout feels open and welcoming, which makes it easy to feel at home. One of the biggest highlights is the view—whether in the morning or evening, it’s a wonderful part of the daily experience here. Location is also a huge advantage. Being so close to downtown makes it easy to get to restaurants, shops, and entertainment, while campus is just a quick trip away, making it especially convenient for students or faculty. The combination of space, comfort, and accessibility really sets the Meridian apart. Overall, it’s a well-rounded place to live for anyone looking for convenience without sacrificing comfort

The apartment overall is nice, the rooms are decently sized, and the living room is big, but the rent is a little expensive considering the location and comparing it to other apartments nearby

It has been pretty good so far, I just wish laundry machines were inside each apartment and therefore would be free to use. I also do not like how electricity is not included in the fixed rate for rent.

This is my first time renting an apartment. Meridian is very close to the campus and the move in process was quick. I would recommend this apartment as it has all the amenities.
Great furnished setup. Nice appliances. Great location for getting to and from campus. Some of the other parts of the apartment are a little old (door frames, air conditioners, shelves) but they are not causing any inconvenience.
I have only been here a week but it’s been great so far. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I felt very welcomed from the first day. We had an issue with the hot water, it wasn’t turned on. I put in a maintenance request and it was fixed the following day.

Amazing experience so far. Staff is helpful, apartment is beautiful. The unit itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and quality finishes. Apartments are clean and walls are well insulated. Maintenance does a great job keeping the building clean. White Loop stop right outside apartment makes commuting to campus ideal. Overall good experience.

My apartment is great. Price is very fair. Sometimes stuff breaks, but someone is always here to fix it promptly after the request is placed, so it’s not a problem. Location is a little out of the way, but the white loop stop being right here makes up for that.

Very good experience, maintenance is friendly and quick. The front office always has fun things planned for residents, the study room is nice, the gym gets the job done, and rooms are big. Great place to live for the price overall

it is great here. def feels like home a lot of space. maintenance responds very quickly and are very helpful. i had a problem with our heater, and they helped immediately

i have loved it here. i think it’s so convenient that there is a bus stop right down stairs and also a gym! This is so nice in the winter to not have to walk far

The meridian is very appropriate college living, large size living rooms and friendly staff! However the windows on the first floor aren’t ideal as it lacks privacy and doesn’t block headlights pulling in and out late at night

So far so good, minimal issues living here, undoubtedly much better than the dorm life last year. The lease renewal reward also a good surprise.

The only downside of living at the Meridian is doing laundry. If they offered in unit washing machines and a few more modern looks it would be perfect.

Staff have been so nice and helpful. The price to live here is also very reasonable, and would recommended highly for PSU students. The parking here is also a great perk.

Overall pretty great for the price. Bus stop is convenient but can still walk to campus. Little bits of damage or aging here and there. Smaller room is a bit too small for two people.

Overall, a very good experience. The apartment is functional, the appliances work great, the furniture is comfortable, and it is spacious enough for 4 roommates. Maintenance is also very quick to respond to any requests and handles them very well. An added bonus is that the Meridian holds many things such as breakfast during finals week and a free voucher for an entree at a food truck.

The Meridian on College Avenue is a great place to live! The residents are all considerate of one another, the staff is amazing, there are community events very often, and even a bus stop attached to the building!

It’s nice here, good place to go to college and close to the campus. It’s clean and the staff are really nice as well. I think it’s a good place for first time living on your own

I have had a great experience so far! Very friendly staff and helpful! They have many community events and provide free merch! They also accommodated my friends and I to live very close to one another within the building.
Meridian is tough. I heavily mess w it. It's clean, staff is nice, rooms are large, and location is ideal. Only gripe is that laundry machines are often taken up.
I am coming back because meridian is great. Laugh Live Love Meridian. Very affordable and quick quality maintenance whenever it is needed. Love it.
Love the location and bus stop. Great first apartment for college students. I recommend getting couch covers though, the furniture isn’t the best quality.
I've had a very pleasant experience living here. The location has been perfect for going about everyday college activity. Rooms have been comfortable and accomodating. Some issues with getting WiFi through the walls of the apartment but otherwise very few complaints to be made.
Nice, no complaints. Kind of far from campus, but you can’t beat the price for quality this high. Always free food being given away too so that’s a bonus.
I haven’t had any problems here! It’s been great, office is super helpful and it feels safe here. I also love that there is a gym i can go to and a study room.
Could be cleaner in the hallways of the apartment here at the Meridian. Other than that most things in the building are good and there is nothing else to complain about.
Apartment is clean and living room is spacious. I am in a two bedroom and two bath apartment. The size of the rooms are very different though.
Amazing place to live at! The staff are very friendly and the apartment is situated right across campus and also is not in the center of downtown which is kind of peaceful!

My experience has been great at the Meridian. They always make sure their guests are welcome and they are so helpful to us! Whenever i have an issue they can solve my problem right away!
Great service, it was really easy to read the descriptions of the different options for rewards. There were many different selections from any major brand I could think of, would definitely use again!
It is a very nice location, I have frequented it. I find that the structure of the 3 buildings makes it easy and obvious where my destination is. The front desk is very friendly and are always helpful.
The meridian is great value. Its pretty cheap and good value for what you get. As long as you don’t want a swimming pool or anything crazy its perfect for the price.
It has been amazing here. Sometimes it gets loud but It doesn’t bother me at all. It’s a great location and I find there is a lot of comfort!
It’s been very good, they offer a lot of free food and the rental office is very helpful. They also have a printer and any office supplies you could need
