It's great because the complex is located near all shopping, schools and other amenities.Nice area overall but we never received a window screen that we asked for many months ago so that's why we gave it a 3 star.

I have lived here almost 7 years and it is the perfect quiet little community. The neighbors are great, everyone keeps to themselves. The office staff, especially Elona, are so amazing! Maintenance is amazing!
The maintenance workers are always very helpful and the office people are professional and polite. Since they have renovated, the overall look of the community is nice.
Horrible experience, dont tend to maintenance request, or takes months to even attempt to fix or replace anything, loose payments.. don’t care no sympathy car gets towed several times . And it’s a arm and a leg for rent. Would not recommend!
Ms Elona is a god send. She is beyond helpful and understanding. It’s a quiet neighborhood. I renewed my lease. The apartments are grouped so it’s not super crowded. There’s always parking available in front of my apartment. The mailbox is easy access.
This is a great community. Quiet, family oriented. Quick response from the office when it comes to any issues. No crime. Close proximity to all necessary stores. Great place to live.

What a great place to reside. The office staff and maintenance are always such a pleasure to work with and interact with. Communication is so prompt and courteous. I'm going on my 6th year here and I absolutely love it here!!
The apartment did not meet my expectations although it is not bad. has some difficulties in the kitchen cabinets, wall paints and ceiling. The closet in the room is very small. It took me a month to move in after I made the application and even then on the day of delivery I had to wait 2 hours because they were cleaning it. They must improve in all these aspects since the rental price is not cheap. Greetings

It's quiet 90 percent of the time, it's clean 90 percent of the time, maintenance is very helpful. In all it's not a bad place to live if you are a young family this is great.

Need more security and more privacy to the pool and the gym and the garbage area to be much more cleaner in and around the dumpster otherwise I like the addition of the dog park and the park for the kids and the basketball area to keep them out of trouble

I love my place and my community. It feels like home. God is so good!!!! Everything is so close to me, daycare, stores, the bus line. I couldn't be more happy.
Don't be fooled by the outside. The inside is not worth the money, they don't reply to pest control requests, inflation aside, you also pay for the roaches that come along with the apartment, it's nowhere near a "condo". Parking is terrible, shootings, car jackings, violence, loud music til 5 A.M. Enter at your own risk.
They've updated lots to the area, making it cleaner and welcoming. Maintenance and office staff are very friendly, helpful and professional.
Although staff is great, the rent prices are definitely not worth it. Over $250 added on to renew leases. No wiggle room for anything you ask for (they take a while on requests, or don't even bother).
I recommend it to people I know looking for an apartment; because I think it's quiet and well located!
I would because the place is great value for money especially those just moving into the Tampa area. It is in a nice location away from the city and very close to Tampa international. I rate this a 4 because of the age of the complex and location as well as the unknown timeline for all apartments to be renovated. For me since I work on MacDill it is 45 minutes at times to the base and 45 minutes back.

It is not the newest or fanciest place but it is very comfortable and it is home. It is very close to different amenities for shopping, dining, entertainment and I love it. I just wish the outsides had an updated paint job. Curb appeal.
I made the mistake of buying a property here 14 years ago and it was the worse decision I have ever made. The buildings are old, dirty, elevators go broken for months at a time. The association overcharges and they don’t do a very good job

The place is not what they’re trying to make it out to be where is Lois horn blowing, Signs of gang members living in the complex some unusual activity cars pulling up and pulling out a lot I was curious as to why the trashcan and is always overflowing and after realizing that a lot of the units are over capacity some of the two bedrooms have up to six and seven people living in them so that will cause an unusual amount of trash to build up They have sports up at the screen to give privacy as well as blue tarps if you don’t have evictions and can afford a better place don’t move there it looks like it’s a place for everybody that can’t rent normally or don’t want people asking a lot of questions about their background
I would highly discourage anyone considering moving into this apartment complex to stay away. We rencently had an incident involving two dangerous dogs residing in this community who ran up to my small dog and nearly killed him. These dogs have also tried to attack a next door neighbor’s seven year old daughter. We notified the apartment management about this and upon our surprise, we saw the same aggressive dogs being walked around the premises as if nothing had happened.
