My experience I been living here for almost two months and so far it’s been good. I don’t have anything to complain about. The office staff is very nice. The grounds are well maintained. It’s a very nice quiet place to live.

My Refrigerator repair I had my Freezer go out after office hours & called the Emergency maintenance # after hours & the man Name was Mitch came right over Quickly & fixed my Freezer w/ out even knowing what the problem was @ first, I mean he explained this happened w/ these Refrigerators before & got the part & fixed it right Away. It was the Timer Switch that wasn’t going on & was broken. He came from your other Property @ Willow Lakes & did a Great job! Thanks Everyone!

was not well served The maintenance staff and office staff are very slow, it took a week to repair the air conditioning in my apartment, they need to improve.

Staff has been great Have had some minor maintenance requests since move in as well as some issues with cigarette smoke smell coming from a neighbor. Staff has been amazing with trying to help neutralize the odors and response time. Jonathan from maintenance was nice and eager to resolve a leak issue in my shower as well. Jessica and other office staff were quick to place a maintenance request for me and get me taken care of!

Move in was smooth and easy Jessica was awesome. I showed up a little early and sent her a text and she was there within 10 minutes! She gave me a checklist and got the keys in my hand quickly and easily!

Maintenance Department Rob came by last week & put a new Aerator on my Kitchen sink & it’s still Leaking & I’m waiting now for a new part to come in for it a Stent and waiting for it to come in to be fixed & to be Repaired. Thank you. A Swiss

I’ve been here for 3 years and I love it. It’s quiet and convenient with my school being so close. The only thing I wish for is a bigger closet and better parking spaces or assignment parking. Other then that a wonderful place to live.

It's horrible over here please DONT move here!! I've been here since April of last year and it has been nothing but hell. My heat has went out multiple times my air has went out multiple times and I had to be without the air for days before they actually fixed it. I had a nest of birds living in the kitchen wall/ceiling that was scratching every day and all hours of the night for 2 weeks straight before they can get somebody out to remove it.They claim No pets are allowed over here out over here but I had dog hair on my carpet when I 1st moved in that was so bad it was getting on our clothes and on my daughter when she was rolling around and playing on the floor she had dog hair all over her and in her hair....how nasty and filthy is that but they claim I was supposed to have New carpet in my unit...Yeah right. I've seen random cats all around and 4 people walking there dogs...but No Pets Allowed.They said a person lived in my apartment before me that had a "service dog". They couldn't get me new carpet because I already moved in so they said they had somebody come over and clean it which didn't help and here it is January and we still have dog hair appearing on different things like clothes our socks and all over my house shoes, white long dog hair...no matter how much we've vacuum. To top it off, the manager comes off as short, dry and doesn't seem considerate/ understanding or seems to care and she cuts you off often when talking to you. When I ask is there anything that can be done for my inconvenience with the 1st couple months of moving in being horrible, her response was...No... nothing can be done. This place does NOT get my vote

Complex summary, the grounds are nice however the lawn Care crew blow the grass etc all over the parked cars. Cars are broken into, egged and vandalized. The facility laundry rooms are dirty. The apartment hallways are dirty and need painted, including resident doors. The maintenance crew are slow. The apartments are dated and the carpet is bad. When you report the carpet being bad you are told each year that it is not time to replace it! " It does not matter how long the carpet has been in an apartment, if previous people did not take care of it ,it should be replaced if it looks bad." But you are told if you want to pay for it you can! " Yearly increases but no updates. Neighbor's smoking pot that comes into your apartment every day! Neighbor's be air conditioner so loud you can here it inside your apartment, requests to be fix not done! Overall I would not recommend unless you are use to living in a ghetto! Which surprises me for the area. If improvements are made I'm out!

Excellent location, great price. My 3 maintenance requests in 3 yrs were addressed in a day. Grounds and dumpsters well maintained, and geese police keep the ponds nice. Views are very nice. Huge patios and balconies, and I have seen no trash on them. Management friendly and accommodating. If residents neglect patios and weeds get tall, maintenance guys cut them down and charge for it (since I spend time on my patio I appreciate this). Quiet, safe community without noisy party animals. I sometimes hear my upstairs neighbor, but it’s not intrusive and that is normal apartment living. Love this place!

The management lack the knowledge and discipline in order to run a large property. The maintenance staff took items from my unit. We had a significant amount of breaks in that management did not alert us to and they were starting to allow "unique" people to move in the units. Most of which had additional people living with them. To summarize, pay the extra money and go somewhere else.

I have had a good experience in this apartment. Moving in I had my doubts, only because I was a 20 year old girl living alone, in her first apartment. I didn't know how this worked and wasn't sure what was good or bad. But from my first visit I had a good feeling about this place. Even coming to look at the model, the people at Meridian Lakes were very welcoming. I have had no issues living here. Accept the usually stuff, loud neighbors. But it is a rare occasion since this a quiet community overall. It is a great location! About 5 minutes from broad ripple, you have a Kroger and target by you on 86th. I have really enjoyed living here! One complaint I do have, is that they recently raised the price on the washer to $1.75. Does it really need to be almost $2 dollars to wash your clothes?
