Property Ratings at Meridian at Ten Ten
My fiance and I moved to Meridian at Ten Ten at the end of August and could not be more thrilled with our experience here! From the moment I talked to the property manager, Alexis, I knew this was the place we wanted to move. All of the office staff were so warm and welcoming when I came to visit and the property was absolutely amazing. I had even checked out other properties in the area that were similar or even more expensive and nothing could beat this property. Jay, our leasing specialist made the application process so easy and user friendly. Since moving to the property, it has truly felt like home. We moved from Chicago and knew no one in the area. Our management staff were there to give us some suggestions on restaurants, parks, places to go, and even vets in the area. Additionally, the apartment life coordinators, Bethany and Brooke, have made a tremendous difference in our social lives and have coordinated events that are actually enjoyable and people want to come to (bingo, paint and sip, etc). We have made so many friends on property through these events. The pool is also spectacular and we cannot wait to enjoy it again this summer. Maintenance has been amazing as well. The property is maintained meticulously and when you put in a work request they get to it within the day if not 2. Finally the property is super pet friendly which was very important to us! We love living here and could not recommend it more!!

This community by far is my favorite place that I've lived since I started apartment living. Alexis, Jay and Ashlin are so kind and really make you feel like you're at home. Meridian at Ten Ten is amazing. Jay and the other staff are so friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, and the whole complex is walkable and well maintained. The pool area feels like a resort. They respond immediately to maintenance requests. Highly recommend!

I spoke to Devon about an apartment when I was in another state. I was very specific about my needs and she filled all of those. We love living here everyone in the office is so pleasant and happy to see you and talk with you when they have time. The apartment we live in is a two bedroom two bath and the closet space is unbelievable. You just can’t go wrong by living here. It’s a great place to live!!!

Meridian At Ten Ten is truly great neighborhood with super convenience for shopping, access to highways, schools (good bus access service), superior & hassle free 24x7 maintenance staff, amazing facilities (Swimming Pool, Fitness Center, Clubhouse, dog park & outdoor gaming activities by the pool area etc.). Honestly, I haven’t had such a luxurious lifestyle living as a home owner…LOL!! If you’re looking for a great, relaxed and convenient short to long term, I believe Meridian @1010 is the perfect place to live irrespective of your living priorities…Cheers!!

I have never lived in an apartment before but this is the next best thing to living in a home. This complex is new and the apartments are set up like a small home. The neighbors are very quiet and respectful and the front Office of people including maintenance are Delightful to work with.

The apartments are roomy and laid out well. Lots of closet space. Neighbors were great. Staff both office and maintenance are wonderful. Very pricey for an apartment but its Apex and everything is expensive. My major issue has been parking. I have to park many buildings away from mine as there are not assigned spots. If you get home after 4 pm good luck finding a spot and the frustrating part is the people occupying them arent even in my building. It makes it difficult if you have groceries or a baby carrier. I would give the apartment in general a 5 and the parking a 1.

Beautiful community and good location but the Management is not very responsive and does not consistently seem to be concerned about the residents or issues occurring in the community. There needs to be more organization and structure. Also, the fountain in the back of the property is still not complete. The construction is poorly done to the apartments in the community. Am I going to renew my lease? 50% yes, 50% no.

I have been a resident for nearing 3 months at this point. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Anytime I have had questions or needs, they have been resolved promptly. I love the layout of my apartment home as well. The only complaint I have is that the dog park is still not complete. Its a big issue for us.

My family and I visited this place recently and was blown completely away. It first started as you enter the community. What a great welcoming and soothing feeling. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Nancy Hicks and were so comfortable with her giving us the tour. She was amazing. She made us feel at home. She was highly professional and knowledgeable and at the same time not giving us pressure to choose. The application process was extremely difficult, if I didn't work one mile from my unit , I would have probably looked elsewhere. In fact, if the condition of the property doesn't improve, I may move out when my lease expires. I am not crazy about the high voltage electrical lines and I found a comparable location close to lake and it is only about 10 minutes from the office. I would have moved there but I already signed the lease.

When you hear luxury living you have your doubts but this apartment complex is truly living to that statement. The staff is very helpful no matter what the issue is and treat you in a very professional manner.

Meridian at Ten Ten has exceeded any and all prior expectations that I may have had before I had become a resident. The quality of its product/apartment homes, amenities, the front office staff (all genuinely caring for the people who walk through their doors) and all of my great neighbors who truly make the living experience here is so incredibly excellent!
