The Huntsville neighborhood of Farley-Oakhurst Place is a vast, diverse area just south of Downtown Huntsville. Situated along the banks of the Tennessee River, bounded to the north by Mountain Gap Road, and to the east by Shawdee Road, Farley-Oakhurst encompasses both suburban residential developments and untouched countryside. The neighborhood, especially the northern section, has become popular with families and renters looking to stay to close to the action of Huntsville while enjoying a more affordable space of their own. Memorial Parkway Southwest (Highway 231) is where you’ll find both locally owned restaurants and national chains ranging from pizza and wings to sandwiches and Italian food.

I am an older professional and lived in my fair share of apartments, and this one is by far the most professionally managed. The office staff is kind, the homes are brand new, and they even have a dog park for fur babies. Its new so there are some hiccups, but they fixed them promptly. Oh and it's so darn convenient!

Memorial Village is a beautiful community with excellent staff. I moved in a year ago and have not had any problems with my unit. I love the community events here. It is a great way to get to know your neighbors and local businesses. As for the house, it is very spacious for a one bedroom with an amazing bathroom and lots of natural light. The fenced backyard and space between units is an excellent bonus! They both provide plenty of privacy and much needed outdoor space for pets. Location is also nice! Easy walk to the park and grocery stores. And lots of restaurants nearby!

I have lived here since they opened and it’s an amazing community! They host resident events every month, the community is great, and the homes are beautiful! Love having all the amenities but with my own home. Another plus is we are right by Walmart and ALDIs along with tons of restaurants. Highly recommend!!
