A quaint with quality service from all staff and very homey vibe for the past 2 years as a resident.
Overall memorial apts are a great place to live. Hopefully the new incoming manager will be as excellent and caring as chavonne was.

So I was looking for a place to stay, first apartment. Destiny helped me the entire time and was super helpful, kind, informative, and responsive in a timely manner. The complex while it looks kinda old on the outside is quite nice on the inside. The neighbors are super nice and everything is so close by. I'm sorry if I spell your name wrong but Chavonne the manager is also amazing! Super kind and also equally helpful on my first visit to the complex. They're also being covid safe which is great as a high risk person myself. All around great. Also the price is very good for the size of apartments

Don’t believe the hype they tell you, if you pay a deposit you will never see it once you leave. The extra fees they add on to everything never has a explanation to why extra fees are added, they beg you to leave a good review when they should be working at making the community better instead of making their residents write a review of lies. I don’t recommend living here, you might as well live under a bridge. Roaches are terrible and they charge you for pest and you never get the pest treatment anyway. Take my advice and keep driving. Horrible place to live.

Yes it’s old but hey I can wave to my neighbors and not worry about being broke in. My work order is always finish the same day and the manager works with everyone you can sit back and watch her. I don’t pay much but my home is quiet and she will take care of any nonsense..

Very family oriented community and very peaceful. I enjoy the well maintained lawn and the location of the property. It's close to stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

You have the best team at this complex. I have rented from some of your newer buildings before and I would stay here over going back to a newer, upgraded building simply because of the team here. They should train all of your other properties because some of your other properties lack the same follow through and communication.

Manager and maintenance are greatand the community is mice ,but i worry about safety with the open gates, anybody just come through. We need camera's aswell.

Convenient location within a family oriented community.
I like the location and the management are nice. The apartments are going to be demolished and residents have no say. They are older apartments and need storage, but usually quiet. The parking lot is terrible and it seems they patch after it goes too far. But I am grateful because the rent has went up to rediciously high prices, and people have the same income. They say its the market but No cost of living raises for the people . It should be a law that disallows the rent to force people in the streets. Not just these apartments but all around Houston. Sad.
