Known as one of the trendiest, yet most tranquil, neighborhoods in New Orleans, the Lower Garden District is located just south of the famous French Quarter, known for Mardi Gras, Bourbon Street, and Café Du Monde.
The Lower Garden District boasts a rich culture, historic roots, and architectural gems. Visit one of the many historic mansions around town, such as Buckner Mansion, a stately, historic home with a haunted reputation from the 1850s. Admire these mansions’ large wrap-around porches, detailed black railings, and towering pillars.
Mansions aren’t the only piece of architecture that this neighborhood holds dearly. Many local businesses and apartments reside in renovated buildings and historic structures to this day! Your potential new rental could be in a piece of New Orleans history, so see what’s available today.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Memoir Warehouse District
I’ve renewed my lease for another year because I’m satisfied with the building and its amenities. The staff are very helpful and I’ve experienced few issues with the building so far
Staff is very attentive, amenities are uncomparable and we really enjoy the Common House and the apartment in itself very cozy and nice to live in.
It's been great here so far. The place is comfortable, neighbors are nice and the management team is awesome. There are a few small things that could be improved like the knobs on the cabinets - they're not secured with the proper screws so they pop off often. And there's no lights in the closet so I have to turn on the large bright light whenever I need to see in the closet, so the lighting could have been designed a littler better. But otherwise, glad to be here.
Memoir Residential is the perfect building for the Warehouse District. Convenient location, good amenities and friendly staff. I’m quite happy here
Most amazing move in experience. Reception was SO helpful. Also memoir team helped leave some things that I had ordered in my unit before I even got here for easier move in process. Best experience! Highly recommend
My experience has been great! The staff is responsive, the building is well-maintained, and the people here just adds a wonderful sense of community. Highly recommend!
Warm friendly environment very clean and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. Move in was simple and easy!
So dar everything has been great, friendly and helpful staff and neighbors, several events to pick from to meet neighbors and great common areas, 10/10
Taylor and Tre at the leasing office are true professionals. Everything from the lease to parking to all the details of daily living are laid out for you before you can even ask. The location is amazing, the building is wonderful, and everything is brand new and top of the line. I highly recommend the place.
I've been very impressed ever since I had my first tour. The quality and customer service is excellent. I haven't experience such an attentive management company. The leasing team is professional and helped me with everything I needed-especially Taylor. The price point is worth it for the Warehouse District area and especially if you take advantage of the wide selection of amenities. The interior design and layout is very unique-you won't be able to find this elsewhere.
I've lived here in four months and I'm really happy with the apartment. Any repairs that need to be handled are taken care of in house and are done professionally. The location is excellent as well.
So grateful for the team here at Memoir. The process getting a place was quick and smooth, and everyone was so kind and easy to work with. And the building is beautiful and has everything I need here! So glad I chose Memoir!
This apartment has everything. A good door team, excellent appliances, the works. Because it's a new building, everything is in good working order. Moving in was easy with the help of building staff.
