Streeterville is an urban neighborhood just north of downtown Chicago with tourist attractions, incredible lake views, and a picturesque city scape. Streeterville houses Northwestern University and is known for its welcoming community. The neighborhood’s main attraction is the Navy Pier, a former Navy training center, that’s been transformed into a tourism haven. Carnival rides, gift shops, eateries, lakefront views, beer garden, and evening fireworks in the summer months make for an incredible one-stop-shop for fun. Property Ratings at Arrive Streeterville
The biggest thing I was looking for in an apartment was the distance to school. I'm a 5 min walk from classes/lab and Arrive offered that. On top of location, Arrive was also on the cheaper side of all apartments I was considering and had better amenities.
So far I am loving this community. The apartment is spacious and clean and the amenities make it feel like a resort. Moving process was also so so so easy.

I love the location of the building and how walkable it is to the river and shopping spots and groceries. I also love how the building admin comes up with cool ideas to entertain the residents which also gives an opportunity to socialize and make friends!!

There were few things that were not great with the apartment, however the management is quite helpful. From getting the apartment to finally moving in, it was a little hectic and chaotic, but stuff worked out in the end. The apartment is quite pretty and has a great view.

Wonderful community with friendly neighbors and top-notch amenities. From the well-maintained pool to the fitness center, everything is designed for comfort and convenience. A great place to call home!
Decent building. Maintenance support is good. Management used to be slow but is improving. Gym is now open 24h, which is fantastic. Location is unbeatable

From apartment units, common areas and amenities such as business/ cyber cafe, state of the art gym, private room for group activities, playroom with billiards, table tennis, foosball and cyber games plus an indoor tennis courts; everything is well taken cared of. Leasing offices are within the building which makes it easier for the residents as it is always accessible. Priscilla from leasing made our moving in very smooth, until we became residents she always greets us with a smile and makes us feel very welcome.

Good amenities if you use them but not worth the price. Elevators are always down. Dog park isn't cleaned enough. Heating/cooling is a nightmare.

Everyone is super helpful, I have no complaints! It’s a well kept building and I love living here. From the office staff to security to the package room, everyone is happy to help.
I really like the apartment sizes. Things break a lot and the appliances are super old. Most security staff is great, but some are never actually at the desk checking people.

The management can do more to compensate for certain issues in the building such as the elevators being down pretty often, offer more resident perks..etc.
I would recommend my friends to live here because the fitness center is good, so well as the pool. The location is perfect, only minute walk to Target.
Arrive is ideal to anyone that looks to be in downtown without the Loop hassle. CTA bus and train options nearby make mobility easy and seamless. Good option for students, good community for young people.

Great experience thus far. The parking is expensive and I wish the gym was open earlier every day so residents could use it in the wee morning hours, otherwise, we’ve enjoyed it here.

Overall, the living environment is quite good. However, could you please take a look at the gym equipment? Some of the equipment is quite old, some are already broken, and others are significantly worn out. I hope the gym equipment can be updated.
