The McAlister Team itself is so welcoming. Kendra and his team are probably the most well rounded group of people on El Dorado. They are always hosting events and keeping everyone updated for this place to feel more like home than just a regular apartment. This environment is welcoming and kid/pet friendly. If you do get a chance to come visit just know your in to stay for the long run.

If i could rate lower i would…i’ve lived here for 8 months now and the management has been the worst! we recently had an infestation of termites in my apartment out of nowhere and when we called the office they said they’ll send someone over but it’s been WEEKS we call everyday and they say the same thing…we’ve had to buy our own termite medicine but that still doesn’t stop us from finding them in our home!!!
Toured the property , I liked that it was really quiet and they had some great snacks in the Fridge. Keondre is a great host/leasing , very friendly and attentive !

Recently took a tour Mcalister and truly enjoyed the help and energy I received from Keondre. He was able to show me the best unit sizes and broke down and explained each unit price (the prices are amazing!) Definitely will be keeping Mcalister on my list once my lease is up

Toured these apartments yesterday and I am in love with 2 things ! The pool and the awesome staff in the office! I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and toured by a young man named Keondre, he is very thorough and knowledgeable of his community! Definitely looking forward to moving in the summer

As a new resident to the Houston area the McAlister staff helped me feel comfortable in choosing my new home. Keondre assisted me on my tour and showed me the property. He even went out his way to give me more insight to the area. The tour was wonderful and the property was very clean. Current tenant, it will remain that way for the next seven months unfortunately- would not recommend unless you like having roaches as your roommate, dog poop everywhere, treadmills broken, cigarette smoke seeping through into your apartment, and the pool closed due to health violations, plus I have been asked for money from random tenants in here, all of that matched with no professionalism from any of the management aside from Belinda, the regional manager, and Keondre. Re signed a lease here and made a huge mistake!

New management took over December 2019 and they have little to no communication. Very little parking, and they rarely tell you when they enter or exit the apartment. We ended up buying a camera. They made a lot of renovations, but new appliances and countertops won’t fix the real issue.

Love living at the Huntley, it feels likes its own secluded community that's engulfed by oak trees. Yes, it is an older complex but any issues that come up are quickly handled by the awesome maintenance staff. The area is consistently being updated and the grounds are well maintained, specifically from those apartment dwellers who misconstrue a parking lot for a trash can. And with the exception of the tweens in the area peacocking around, the community stays quiet and enjoyable. The Director of the complex, Melissa, rocks. She is always goes out of her way to be helpful. Summing up, it's a gated complex, with a rarely used gym (score me), a colored light show of a water fountain pouring into the pool but bummer, there isn't a community grill. However, I still feel like I lucked out when I stumbled across the Huntley because to top it all off it is the most reasonably priced in the area and it's a mile from Bay Brook Mall!
