Tacony-Wissinoming sits next to I-95, the Delaware River, and directly across from the Tacony-Palmyra bridge into New Jersey. Most locals use cars to get around due to the proximity of major highways and the ease of street parking. Also, many apartments for rent include parking. Some residents even work in New Jersey and the northern suburbs due to the convenient location. The SEPTA Regional Rail and several bus routes also service the area.

Property Ratings at Mayfair Garden Apartments
this small complex has a parking lot in the rear and is a haven for drug use by random people that do not live here. the maintenance is non existent. they give you enough to get your moved in then you are on your own. MICE!!! everywhere floors dont meet the walls so your air or heat goes out the window. snotty people answer the phone at the service numbers and joe the maintenance guy works 3 properties by himself, that bundled with his inability to fix anything gets you nothing and a lot of stories. building owners have a contract with the city to take people from jail and/or drug programs and they wind up being your neighbors place stinks
