The staff here is amazing! They are all so sweet and knowledgeable! The managers are very quick and willing to speak to you about problems and really find resolution. The leasing staff are all very nice and seem to know what they are doing. I am excited to be living here this year!

I Have lived at maverick place for about two years now and have really enjoyed it. The staff is always so helpful and attentive. They really take care of their people. Anytime I have a question I can contact Melissa B. And she is always willing to help. The rooms are spacious and amenities are great. As a student I would recommend living here

I just moved in and I love it. Everyone is so nice, especially Elizabeth and all the girls in the office! I really enjoy my apartment and think the prices are super fair for college kids! Can't wait to get to know my new roommates better! Would totes recommend someone moving here in the fall!

The electricity bills are very high, on average 20-30 dollars per month added to the rent. The roommates are unfriendly. They quarrel with each other. One room lives 2 persons. The room is not very sound-proof. This is not the right place if you want a quite place to study.

During winter storms in February, pipes burst in the bathroom and we all had to evacuate for 10 weeks until it was fixed. They are demanding rent (with a discount) for these months where we couldn't use the apartment. It makes no sense to be charged any rent if the apartment cannot be used.

I have lived here since August and it's been amazing! The common areas were closed for a bit, but now they are open and easy to use. The staff are taking so many precautions to keep the tenants safe and that makes me happy.

This place is amazing! It's not the newest or shiniest place, but the attention and care the staff gives the tenants is beyond!!! When I say I got the best customer service at this place, I mean it! And I choose my places based on how I'm treated! I've been living here a year and every time I call the office, the staff is always so friendly! Alex is always so knowledgable and helpful when I talk to him! He always has answers to my questions, and if he doesn't know right away, he finds out and emails me with the answers! They did a great job hiring this one! He is such a gem!

This place has been on my radar for a long time! I love living here and renewed my lease for a 3rd year in a row! The price can't be beat and the location is prime if you are a student! I love that I have roommates but I'm not responsible for them! Definitely live here! 10 out of 10 recommend!

It’s not a bad place to live at. It’s actually alright. Very ideal for student living. The friendly staff make it comfortable to live there. However, the apartment staff don’t live up to their words. Especially when you ‘win’ something for example a gift card, they tell you to “come back tomorrow” till you eventually give up on constantly checking. Besides that, it’s a good place to stay :)
