Been seeing dog poop by doors and smelling pee. Overall maintenance cleans Monday through Fridays, which keeps indoors clean and by the pool clean.

I just moved here and the process to complete the application was smooth. I love the apartments layout and I appreciate the maintenance quick response. There wasn’t a real welcome breakdown, nor actual showing of the unit beforehand. The customer service could be a lot better- too much miscommunication and lack of accountability.

Wish the building I'm in had an elevator. The stairs are note wide enough to move couches. Including the doors too. The flooring may be thin hollow, in which the second floor here's my feet walk. They started banging their ceiling really loud to send a message...

Had a small issue with the door lock and how to gain access to the front gate, and was surprised about not having a tub, but other than that there were no issues. Just small details need tweaking.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable! My work area is in Mansfield, so it's such a good change of pace when i can wake up later than before and still make it to work on time. All the major grocery stores are within 5 minutes This makes daily errands and commuting a breeze.

I really like the community. Nice people lovely facility and the staff is great. My kids love the pool and hallway and the elevators are a must in all apartment complexes made moving large furniture so much easier

This complex is amazing. Moving in was a breeze. The staff up front made everything easy and everyone is so polite. The location and cleanliness is unmatched. I’ve been here for about a year & love everything about it. The staff & maintenance crew are amazing. Being I’m a gym rat, just wish there were a few extra things but has things I need. It’s definitely quiet & with my experience, the neighbors are quiet & friendly. Would for sure recommend!

The property has its pros and cons. It's a nice property but you can hear everything through the walls. It's pretty price to be here but we like it so far. The door facing can use fresh paint throughout the building.

Love everything in my apartment and everyone in the leasing office is very nice. Also anytime there is an issue and I submit a maintenance request it gets resolved quickly.

So far it’s been good. The only thing I wish I could change was the icemaker situation I ran into and pest control issues. Other than that the amenities are gorgeous.

Definitely the nicest place I have ever lived in and the amenities are wonderful as well! Excellent coffee machine too! The pool is lovely too definitely living the dream.

Amazing staff, love the residents and how quiet they are and respectful. Pool is always clean, gym is always clean. Trash is never an issue, maintenance is great. 10/10

My experience here was not the best. Shaunice is a sweet heart but she’s no longer at the property. Andrew is phenomenal!!! Very thoughtful and kind when it comes to taking care of the property. The rest of the staff need people skills training. This property is a work in progress. Gnats are a big issue here, etc. This is a not a luxury property.
