I love living here I have lived here for almost 5 years. I love it. It's a bit expensive, but I would recommend these apartments to anyone. The office staff is great, and the maintenance is very good and attentive. I definitely recommend people to give these apartments a try.

Property Declining I have been a resident at Martinique Terrace for 18 years and I'm sorry to say that it's not as nice as it used to be. The grounds are always full of trash, water bottles, candy wrappers, glass bottles, not to mention the area around the dumpsters are filthy. Children are running free without supervision, in and out of the parking lot, in front of cars. The management sends emails and text messages to the residents advising us of the rules and the consequences if not followed, but there seems to be no follow through. I really do like my apartment but am very saddened by the lack of respect for the property from the residents and lack of follow through by management.

All the appliances are super old and inefficient. Good luck getting maintenance to do anything. They’ll just close with orders without even checking the issue out. The office act like they care but it’s all talk no action.

Bugs and mice. Not actually pet free. Apartment smell of cigarette smoke. Ownership will try to screw you by trying to make you pay bogus repairs.

Normally I would not waist my time on apartment reviews but this was a bad experience for me. The leaseing office manager and her assistants will say whatever they need to in order to get you to apply. We were told they would work with us by the district manager with our approval. Once we did the application she was no where to be found and never in the office. When we did the application we didn't get an answer until fours days later even though the women in office said it will only take a second for her to process. They said we were approved and that they just needed pay subs which we brought the next day. When we asked for a deposit price the women in office said she didn't she our approved paper work. We told her we got a call and brought the pay stubs yesterday she said she would call her manager and let us know. They called and said we weren't approved and claim that no one said we were. I mean this place is very unprofessional and untrustworthy I don't recommend this place for anyone.
I've renewed my lease twice because I'm very satisfied with this complex. The square footage on the 1 bedroom is incredible for the price. I'm only moving because I want to get a dog. My one complaint is the traffic from 31 can be loud at times.
I have been living here for 3 years now and absolutely love it. My neighbors have been here even longer. I love the maintenance and the office staff. Everyone here is just to amazing!
I've lived at Martinique for about 3yrs now and love it!! It's a great location right off 31 and I have access to everything I need especially 465 for work. It's a pretty quiet neighborhood aside from the traffic noise which really isn't that bad. I have a nice big courtyard where I can run and play with my daughter. My one major complain would be winter time. My first 2yrs there I never had a problem but this past year it was extremely slick and icy. Aside from that it has been a home to me and the staff there took us in just live we were apart of a big family!!
I have lived at Martinique Terrance for almost 8 months and it is really nice. When I came in to apply, I knew that same day if I was approved or not. I signed the lease and moved in two days later. So things in the office move pretty quickly. It is a nice big community with nice sidewalks everywhere. The bedrooms are nice and big. The kitchen isn't in the living room like most apartments. The living room is very big. There is a nice size pool with a kiddie pool and stationary grills all around the place. Some neighbors keep to themselves, while others are outgoing and will chat it up. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live. I will definitely be here for awhile.
I could not have chosen a better home community! Martinique Terrace is amazing! The property is quiet and safe. I have been truly amazed at the way the property is regulary manicured. The maintenance staff is fantastic and attendes to my needs immediately with each call. The maintenance suprv. is incredible and managed the pool flawlessly this year ('13)! Sorry to see it close for the fall. The office staff is pleasant and efficient, and I couldn't be more happy to live here. My only qualm is with the available parking...and it may just be that the property has few vacancies. I would not hesitate to recommend this property anyone. First place in years that truly cares about their residents and shows it as often as they can! I love it.
