Martinique at Lakewood Ranch

Awesome. I love everything about the home and community. I’ve been here for just 3 days and can tell you that I feel absolutely confident about my decision in moving here from New York.

Living at Martinique at Lakewood Ranch has been a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, Chris and Brandon provided exceptional service and support, making the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. They were always responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything went perfectly. The community itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home.

Great place. Only two downfalls for being a resident here, One the amenity is a pool, which is a bummer but clubhouse is projected to open in the summer of 25 and the other is that this area is still getting developed so there’s not much around but it’s growing. Love the unit if I could buy it I Would.

the staff is so attentive, kind and capable of answering all of our needs with ease. the view is lovely, neighbors seems cool and its so quiet!

I love residing at Martinique. It is a beautiful townhome and it’s quiet. I do wish that cable was not a requirement because I don’t watch tv much.

During the recent hurricane Milton our community management went out of their way to have all hurricane shutters installed without cost to the residents. This shows a true caring for the residents in their community.

Moving in was a breeze! The community is lovely and the unit is the nicest thing I have ever rented. Chris is great in the leasing office. We love our new space.

We are just moving in and I am excited a new chapter in my book. Martinique looks like a super nice place to live. Very stylish and well manicured. Just have to get settled in. Hope to meet some new friends!

In general we love our new home, a couple issues that can be fixed but that’s not a big problem. Very clean house and a lot of space. Great outside area to relax.

Everyone has been so helpful and kind during our move in process! Kim and Chris have helped with many questions and have responded very quickly.

Overall, we greatly enjoy living at Martinique. Maintenance staff were responsive in resolving request about leak through master BR window noted after hurricane Deborah. The rent payment process has been a bit frustrating as the monthly statement comes through blurry on the Conservice mobile APP such that such that the monthly balance due is in legible. The community grounds are nicely maintained, and the recent attention to pest control to target ants was noticed and appreciated. Neighbors are friendly.

We moved out in June as we had purchased a new home. When we did a check out when we left the apartment and turned in our keys, not a single issue was noted. In fact, the person checking us out was highly impressed with the condition of the apartment. “Wish everyone left is so clean and this condition” Well, after chasing the apartment complex down twice trying to get our $1,000 deposit back, the check finally showed up at 60% less. No letter, no email, zero communication on why. Lack of communication was a challenge at Martinique during our stay. We are very disappointed.

The entire experience was easy and stress free, from the tours of the units to signing the lease. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. We’re very excited about starting our new chapter at Martinique.

We just moved in last week and are so far loving it! We’re slowly unpacking and making it feel like home. The area is absolutely perfect for us.

good and splendid, the house is very nice and it has so many bathrooms, that way we do t have to wait for someone else, everything is cool and stay away from mosquitos..zzz

Nos acabamos de mudar el domingo junio 16 y nos parece en el poco tiempo de mudados que es una comunidad muy linda y tranquila nos encanta mis hijos están felices.

Beautiful community so far, have only been here for a couple days and are loving the atmosphere here. The townhouse is very spacious and very clean

Martiniques is conveniently located, close to all the amenities in Lakewood and a short drive to downtown Sarasota. Office staff have been friendly, available, responsive, and communicative. The welcome bag was a nice touch and contained some useful essentials for the interim until our movers arrive.

The entire moving process has been fluent. Communication was effective and helpful.I appreciate Amanda's help throughout this entire process.

Martinique is a great community! It's clean, quiet, and within the vicinity of my favorite stores. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

We have loved our residence at Martinique so far! The area is quiet, the staff is kind and always willing to make sure you are happy, and the neighbors have all been very friendly!

We have had multiple issues with plumbing and leaks. There has been contractors and maintenance personal in our house everyday for the last 6 days.

The staff were very helpful at the beginning of the process. Martinique is in a safe, peaceful area. It is pet friendly. Good neighbors. They provide bags for pet waste. A clubhouse will be built. The property has a pool and a walking path .

The community is absolutely beautiful. My move-in was easy and management went out of their way to make it an easy process. I’ve extremely happy.

the condominium is excellent! The houses are beautiful! I loved moving to this place! Quiet place and good neighborhood! I'm sure whoever comes will love being here too!

We looked extensively in the Lakewood Ranch / Sarasota area and did not find anything as beautiful as these condos. Couldn’t believe they were for rent. It’s located in a quiet natural setting. Everything worked seamlessly. We are so happy with our new home.

We are moving from out of state and have had an excellent experience so far! Everyone in the office has made it easy for us to not have to travel back and forth until move in and we look forward to living in such a beautiful new community!

Overall we are very happy with the community and our townhouse. We are very comfortable here. It’s a brand new townhouse and beautiful inside! A couple challenges upon moving in are regulating the temperature throughout the unit. Upstairs is very cold while downstairs is warm with only 2 vents. There are blinds throughout the unit except for the sliding door where we are most exposed.

I love this place. There are some stuff that fail when I moved in but still everything is beautiful. The ppl at the office need to be more kind when they talk to the residents and future residents.
