If you are looking for a Small, Safe and Quiet as well as Family Friendly apartment complex this is the one. Been living here for nearly 4 years and have no complaints. When requesting Maintenance issues they're spot on and execute whatever the issue may be as soon as possible and are all very friendly and honest. Landscaping interior or exterior always is kept up as well as leasing office making sure the complex is kept well groomed at all times. Always having nice events for all residents young and old to socialize and get to know your neighbor. The leasing staff is friendly, always in a chipper mood and is very attentive and listens to all your needs and addresses and executes them immediately.

Really enjoy it here. Pool is beautiful, gym equipment is always working and clean, and the entire staff is amazing at what they do. The maintenance guys are never afraid to answer any maintenance questions when I see them in the parking lot, and the office staff is always there to help when I have questions about my rent or things about the community. If you are looking for somewhere nice with people who take their job seriously, I recommend this place.

The 24 hour gym and weekly fitness class really sold my wife when we were searching for a new apartment. It’s isn’t too crowded and we love that it has two levels. She loves yoga so the upstairs portion is perfect for her.

This complex is in the perfect spot. It's close to lots of shopping, good schools and a nice golf course. The walking trails have animals running around and are kept very clean. It's a great neighborhood and far enough away from the freeway. Ashley and James are always eager to help and always make sure my dog has a treat when he visits.

This property is not worth the price! Units are very worn down and little is done to resolve any maintenance issues. Management will almost infer you are making up and maintenance issues so it’s likely you will be stuck with the problem. Our AC was completely out on our second day of moving in! How are things like that not checked prior to leasing a unit! Save yourself the headache & look elsewhere!

Overall great place to live! The leasing staff and maintenance team are very helpful and responsive. Ive been here over 2 years now and havent had any major issues. Parking close to my building is always available also.

I visited another community for the sake of not going with the first option and the apartments were bigger and maybe a little nicer but the staff was cold and I felt like just another sale for their quota. Since moving in at Cortland the rest of the leasing staff have proven to be amazing as well, as well as the maintenance team. If you want a smaller complex with thoughtful and attentive people and features this is the place for you. And, if you've ever thought that there's never enough outlets in your apartment, Cinco Ranch has you covered. Thoughtful details like that are everywhere; I can't recommend this community enough.
For anyone who is looking for a quiet, safe and kid friendly as well as maintained community then this is the place. Here u are not just a unit number but family. The leasing office is always there for all of your needs.
We really enjoyed living here at Cortland Cinco Ranch. The whole staff is very friendly and welcoming. They always have a big smile on their faces and ready to help. My kids absolutely love it here!
The staff is wonderfully friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are professional and responsive. The amenities and grounds are well kept. Last evening we had a real social gathering that was so fun and satisfying. I like it here.

Wonderful property to live at. Staff and Management are very caring and attentive. Neighbors are friendly, no issues. Lots of shopping nearby and schools are close as well.
We have now lived in Cortland Cinco Ranch for a year and half & we couldn't be happier.It's in a great school neighborhood,with grocery stores just around the corner.The apartment is clean & well maintained.Front desk is very courteous & greets you with a smile & addresses your problems swiftly. We loved the cozy positive vibe the place gives & was the reason for us to choose this apartment as our home.We recently renewed our lease & our whole experience with the leasing team has been exceptional.Ashley is fantastic & is always eager to help .We are particularly pleased with the whole leasing team who helped us in answering all our queries,was patient , & provided us with lot of options .Ashley particularly has been very understanding & we can safely say that she makes her residents feel at home. Cortland Cinco Ranch is in good hands & would highly recommend this place as anybody's future home.

Stratus Cinco Ranch's community team are always cordial people. Request are attended so quickly.
The customer service and administrative personnel behavior is really bad. They need to be trained about it.
