I toured the property over the weekend and was absolutely wowed by community and lovely curb appeal. The office team was very helpful and provided me with all the necessary information to make an informed decision. Sam was extremely knowledgeable and highlighted the many amenities of Lakeline. I've been living at this property for a couple months now, and I feel now is the appropriate time for me to write a review. I am super pleased with the property and all that it brings. One of the biggest factors that I was mindful of while doing my apartment search was evaluating the staff. Needless to say, they did a very good job. Tracy B., in particular, took my needs and helped me narrow down my search to a couple units. She was and has been super receptive, understanding, and helpful since the moment I toured this property. All the kudos to her. The rest of the staff is just as amazing. The team they have here is the epitome of what property management companies should have if they want to ensure that the tenants are happy. If you are looking for an apartment and you are reading this (and if you want to get the most out of what you're paying for, with the best staff, a beautiful and clean environment, and EVERYTHING being within a couple minutes' drive) I would recommend you tour Marquis Lakeline Station for yourself. I can go on and on about how happy I am with my decision on choosing this property as my home, but I'm not trying to write a paper here. So I'll leave you with this: 5 STARS, without a doubt!!!
I've lived here for about 4 months and Daniel plus tracy, have made this an amazing property and staff.
Excited about moving into my 2/2.The Newest staff here at The royal is prompt and efficient..Ms.shannon and Ms. Kristine are a asset/blessing, as too others I have had in the past where kinda ..eh.(They really go above and beyond).They Royals have a beautiful pool and 24 hour gym on site. Also the Royals have a no breed restriction and offer a Dog park in the back of the property for the pups. I enjoy the Monthly events held by the management that usually are Fun for the Family and friends..almost forgot...they also do raffles, grab bags and things of that nature. Go ROYAL

I have lived in the apartment for 6 months and it has been good experience. It is quiet gated community, and has very nice pool. The staff there are friendly except one lady. There is no playground for kids thought, which is sad.
I have dealt with a lot of bad living situations in the past few years and for the first time in a long time I finally feel at home. The staff at The Royal have been so incredible and patient. There is this positive and very cozy energy that radiates from here. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and might I add that my neighbors are incredible. There must be something in the water because everyone here is so kind and happy or we just live in a really great apartment.
Nice luxury apartment that really caters to dogs of any size, they even have dog park at back of property. Has a large courtyard with a pool, lounge chairs and dining tables and even a TV in grill area.
We've been here about a month and love it! The location is great, close to major Hwys, but there are enough side streets to totally avoid traffic when necessary. We're close enough to the Domain and downtown to go at any time, and have the great suburbs of Cedar Park and Round Rock a stones throw away. Most importantly, our complex is super dog friendly with no breed restrictions, a private dog park and dog walking stations with trash cans and bags all over. Add a great selection of floorplans, 24 hour gym, beautiful pool, covered parking/ garage, and super reasonable rent The Royal is a gem!
