Property Ratings at Marquis Grand Lakes
Think carefully before renting here. My air conditioning has been broken for a week now, and when you go to the office, the staff treat you terribly, telling you not to come back and that it's not their problem. What's more, this is the third time this month the air conditioning has broken down, and no one is taking responsibility.

Manager of the site is ver unrespectful and way too far to provide the minimum service required for maintenance request. She said my urgency is not her urgency on resolving my maintenance request, always put excuses up front even told my wife she should not even step in the complex as she is not in the contract even Manager / Office employees know who she is. Maintenace directed by the Manager close my requests without taking any action. Place is peace and good to live but when the Maintenance issues are reported, the way the site Manager handle them is not customer oriented totally poor service.

So peaceful and nice to live and play. Living here for 3 years.
My family has lived in these apartments since Feb. of 2015. The apartments are really nice and spacious. The apartment office is friendly and things are fixed on time. My only complaint would be there is a lack of residential activities for us to enjoy as well as a playground for kids. There's a dog park but no park for kids?
