We lived here for 2 years would more if I hadn’t to move for work. The management was phenomenal. Exceptional. Jenna and Emily are amazing examples of the best management. We were so happy here and I recommend everyone to consider staying here and trust that Jenna and Emily will Make their stay memorable. I hope they still remember Tasleem and Nadeem. We love you guys. I move every 2-4 years for job promotions within my company, and usually my travels take me to a state that I've never even been to- let along lived in. I moved to the Marquis at Lantana in March of 2018 and just recently moved out. Reviews, really help me when I'm looking for a place to live- so I wanted to write a review to share how wonderful of a place this was to live. The property is clean, quiet, pest free. The apartments are modern, in shape and updated. The staff are so helpful and friendly, and the maintenance team was very attentive. It was a wonderful place to call home, and I would highly recommend it to anyone else who is looking for a home in Flower Mound.
Repairs are done quickly. My apartment has not been remodel but as people move out they remodel. Parking is pretty good. I can find a spot fairly close when I come home late at night. Gated community but gate is often open on weekends for some reason.
