The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Marquis Apartments
Moving to the Murray Hill Marquis was very exciting, little did I know what was going to happen. Once I moved I didn't get an electric bill for 2 months. I reached out to the super on premise. He gave me two names to contact and he also wrote any email and cc'd me asking to contact me. After not hearing from anyone, I called and left massages and wrote emails but NO ONE got back to me. I contacted the super again who again reached out to them but again we were both ignored. . I understand by what you told her that my security is going to be held and until any electric charges owed are paid?? I tried to contact them again by email and calls to both Vasell and DiGivoanni but to NO AVAIL. I also had various conversations with the super regarding the lack of response from to my calls from this Unitilities company named AMPS hired as a collector for the building. After being ignored, we got a bill AFTER ALMOST 1 year later for over 100, back date. Letting us know that they were sorry but now they were going to start BACK BILLING ME UNITL I HAD PAID in full my account. I requested to know the start meter reading and asked how in the world could the usage be so high when the apt was empty ALL DAY. But they did not have an answer. Did could not even show my prove of what the meter read when I moved in. Where are they getting these usage number? This is outgerous that now the building wants to hold my security when to my knowledge it is suppose to by used for the purpose of any damages to the apt. We left that apt in mint condition and took pictures and have a witness. This is not right. I am going to reach out to the Public Unitilities Commissioner. Since all my efforts were ignored.
I love my apartment, I love the staff, the building is always super clean!
I moved into the MHM when it first opened back in 2017. I keep resigning my lease not just because I love my physical apartment, but also because of the amazing staff. They are caring, hard-working, and honestly, feel like family! Cheers to Phil, Solomon, Carlos, Charlie, and the rest of the amazing team!
I love living in this building the entire experience is exponential! We have such a great and supportive staff. I highly recommend this building as a place of residence.
The apartment is well maintenance. All the staffs here are super helpful and nice. I'm so glad that I choose MHM.
The on-site staff are extremely professional, friendly and efficient. I feel very safe knowing they are here and am confident that service requests will get completed in a timely manner.
Living at Murray Hill Marquis has been a great experience thus far.
I love living at MHM. The staff is all very friendly and responsive to any requests that you might have. The move-in process was seamless and the amenities here are great. Love having the gym.
Nice building, very good layouts, very nice people working here. So far so good, I've been here only for 6 months, but hope to stay here much longer.
I love living at Murray Hill Marquis. The process from beginning to move-in day was seamless. The staff and doormen are excellent and I am very happy.
Its a wonderful place to live with a great staff and cleanly environment.
Murray Hill Marquis is an excellent community! The building is in excellent condition and amenities are great. Its centrally located, and I feel absolutely safe living here. The best thing about it though is the staff, hands down! They are exceptional and a lot of the reason why I will stay here.
Management is not good. They do not fix the issues in my apartment and the entire apartment was built in a cheap manner. The floors are not level, appliances continue to break, and maintenance leaves a complete mess every time they come to do work. Management/Superintendent also do not send out emails for general notices to tenants, they put papers under each door or post by the elevators, which is no good if I am not home.
The Murray Hill Marquis in amazing, both the building and staff! I highly recommend putting it on your top lists of luxury rentals to come see.
The upgraded amenities that we were promised are still unfinished. This is unacceptable.
Have had a great experience at Murray Hill Marquis - from moving in to solving any issues I’ve had, the process has been seamless. Everyone has been really helpful and attentive!
I love living at Murray Hill Marquis. The apartment is brand new and beautiful. It truly serves as the best midtown location. Everyone working in the building is friendly and attentive.
The Murray Hill Marquis is the place to be in Manhattan. The location is perfect being located on 34St between 3rd and Lex. Everything in the building is brand new or in the process of becoming brand new. We have a laundry room and gym for use by everyone in our building and there is no membership fee for the gym. The lobby is very nice and we have a 24 hour doorman. The guys at the front desk are absolutely the best in NYC. They are so accommodating and so helpful. They greet our guests cheerfully, they handle our packages diligently, they provide a great safety and security for everyone. The maintenance staff is very nice too. Our building Super is available for any questions or problems that may arise, you call and they are on it immediately, you know they care about us. We have a few luggage carts in the lobby to help move large items up to your apartment, a huge benefit for all. The elevators are new, we have four of them. They are large, fast, reliable and have camera’s inside. I have a studio on a lower floor. The apartment is bright and cheery and everything, I mean everything inside is brand new. New bathroom, new kitchen, new appliances, new flooring new a/c and heat and new track lighting. My apartment is quiet too. It is more than enough space for me and I don’t feel crowded. I have been meeting my neighbors day by day and everyone seem to be very friendly. I am very happy with my decision to rent at the Murray Hill Marquis. The rent is certainly affordable for this great location and the condition of the building, the outstanding staff and our building amenities make this a sought after location in midtown.
