When my husband and I first learned that we would be moving to Tampa, I immediately began looking for a comfortable place to live. Fortunately, I found such a wonderful complex as Marlowe and immediately fell in love with it. 4 months before moving, I was already excited about wanting to live here. As soon as we went on the tour and the manager Karla showed us the layout of the apartments, common areas (hall, workspace, gym, swimming pool, etc.), my husband and I unanimously decided “yes, this is our place, the place where we want to live.” We were not mistaken and are very pleased with our choice, we really hope that we will continue to enjoy this wonderful place.

This is a beautiful property that is still being developed. Great location and will hopefully be very nice once completed. With promotions, rent was affordable and the management company has accommodated all of our needs thus far. 8/10

The apartment complex is new, cozy and has a lot of useful amenities - well-equipped gym, individual co-working room, good internet coverage. But The downsides as mentioned before are - was advertised the coffee machine in the co-working area but was never told it shuts at 6pm and I work night shifts so it’s unfair on people like me that don’t work the same hours as leasing office - pool area is shut after dusk and I don’t need to swim but I want to be able to sit there in the evening - some doors don’t work, only two keyfobs to every stairway - most of the car spaces are “compact” - risk of damaging cars as the doors open - no electrical chargers - had to buy lamp and fan and find a maintenance guy, was never pointed that 2 out of 3 rooms don’t have that in our apartment and didn’t spot it in the 3-minute tour we had. The leasing agent never mentioned it and never apologized.

I recently relocated here and I'm really impressed with the community and my apartment! The amenities and location are fantastic. The staff, particularly Hernando and Jose, have been exceptional, always helpful and kind. Would highly recommend this complex to anyone wanting to move to south Tampa.

My experience was great from beginning to end; the initial phone conversation to learn more about the property, on site visit, application process, signing the lease and moving in was fast and easy. The staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. When you walk through the door they always greet you with a smile and a warm hello. They even gave me a little welcome gift on move in day! I wouldn’t change anything about my experience with Marlowe South Tampa!!
