My roommate and I just moved into one of the townhomes and Iove the place so far it’s very neat, and I think there are many great amenities.

My resident experience has been enriching and supportive, with a strong sense of community and growth. The staff and fellow residents created a welcoming environment that truly felt like home.

Getting setup to live here was one of the easiest experiences I’ve ever had moving somewhere new! The staff is EXTREMELY nice and knowledgeable; that makes me feel safe and assured I will be taken care of! ????

I absolutely love Marlowe , the floorplan are beautifully designed, the amenities are perfect! Love the monthly events that get hosted makes u feel appreciated to be here! The community is very clean and quite! And maintenance is ALWAYS quick and efficient and reliable. Best apartment complex in the city keep it up

Marlowe Denton is a very welcoming community with reasonable prices, great amenities, and friendly staff. The neighborhood is pleasant, the community is clean and well maintained, and the maintenance representatives are fast, efficient, and great to work with.

The team was super helpful in my move in process and if any issues came up, they were quick to fix it.I love the area and my new home and can’t wait to spend more time at this community.

Mikal and Kayla made my move super easy. I love that the location near major stores and schools. I like having a private yard to relax in. Maintenance responds to requests very quickly and very professionally. The leasing specialist are very friendly and helpful. My greatest challenge with move in and getting settled was that the townhome complex didn't have its own dumpster yet. It took several months but the problem has been remedied. Great free community events like pool parties and sip and paints. Some of the neighbors don't respect the pet owner leash and waste policies which is frustrating, but management is aware and working on finding a resolution. Brooke has been amazing to work with as well. If you want to live in a community with a management team who really cares about their tenants, move here! No place is perfect, but this one is really great.

The amenities are worth the price we pay every month. The apartments themselves are not, the soundproofing, which affects quality of life, should have been better. The community events are very nice. The manager, Justin is awesome. The smell around the neighborhood (which is outside of the community’s control) but unfortunately a contributing factor is terrible.

Office staff is great! Easy process. Our apartment has spacious closets and the amenities are nice. The garden tubs are deeper than most and the yards are big enough for our dog to use in the mornings.

I just moved in here and I can say confidently that I am HOME! I am so excited for my future at Marlowe! The complex is clean, welcoming and beautiful! My apartment is spotless, massive and immediately a breath of fresh air from where I am coming from!

It's the People that helped me and answered all my questions and Welcomed me and made feel Wanted that made me Choose Marlowe. I am happy with the Quick Response time for Maintenance. Great place, Great People.

Everything has been excellent, the service provided by the agents is really good, if we have an issue they solve it very promptly and efficiently

The apartment is beautiful, and the neighbors are fairly quiet. We were able to move in quickly, and the ability to control most of the apartment from our phone is a very nice touch.

The move in process was so easy and simple! Everyone at the office were super nice and helpful! They made the transition of relocating easier on us!

I’ve lived here for a month thus far. The community seems safe, mostly clean, and reasonably lively. It’s nice to see kids play outside, and the pool is usually active. Work orders seem to tended to in a timely manner.

We moved into Marlowe Denton recently and honestly, the experience has been great so far! When we came in for the tour, the staff was super sweet and welcoming. They patiently showed us around, helped us find floor plans that fit my budget, and were just really cooperative the whole way through and they still are! The amenities here are top-notch right from the gym to the common areas, everything is super clean and well-kept. It’s been really convenient living here, and anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to respond and fix things without a hassle. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Marlowe Denton to my friends or anyone looking for a comfy and friendly place to live in Denton!

Quiet living, clean, friendly staff and neighbors. Perfect place for college students or families to live. The amenities are always well taken care of.

Great community and great staff. They really go above and beyond to help ensure you get the correct services. I would recommend these apartments to anyone who is looking for somewhere nice, homey, workout out, swim, and walk all in one. Only complaint is that it is a little pricey.

Our home had been the best year ever of new and improved technology with smart locks and apps for garages

I can't express how satisfied I am living at Marlow in Denton. My apartment is spacious and beautiful. The amenities are top-notch. The staff goes above and beyond to meet and supply my every need. And the location is within five minutes of the loop. I couldn't have asked or found a better place to live. Love it here.

I just recently moved to Marlow Apartments in Denton. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff & the maintenance department. Not to mention the complex is top notch. Beautiful here

brooke has been helpful! the peasing process was so easy and i love how the conplex is brand new. our unit will have never bene lived in prior to our move in. yay!

My partner and I have been here since the Marlowe opened. We have loved living here. It’s a great community. It has amazing amenities and events. I feel like everyone from the team works really hard for you. Michael, Brooke, and Justin are the absolute best. Michael has really been helping me from the beginning over a year ago. He has helped me with any issue I’ve had, and Ben when I’ve been annoying. I really appreciate him and the whole team. I would recommend living here to anyone. If you are looking to preview an apartment, hit Michael or Brooke up. They are awesome and really helpful. 10 out of 10.

Very clean atmosphere! Quiet community with everyone walking their dogs in the afternoon. The gym is nice and well kept and the front staff is amazing! Very helpful and friendly

In June, My son and myself moved to Denton. I contacted Michael the lease manager about the property while selling my house. Michael, Kayla and Brooke were here when we arrived at Marlowe. I moved in that day into a brand new home. Justin the property manager always corrected anything that needs fixing. The Josh and Nick the maintenance staff are on top of it when issues occur. The neighbors are friendly and my pets have been happy here.

After 4 months here, I still give them 5 stars. I value consistency and they are that!! I love the fact that we have community involvement, quiet neighbors. And this area is cool with groceries and restaurants near by!

Great leasing agents & the property is beautiful! they are very helpful to any questions or concerns that you may have! Really wish they had an area for a playground for kids rather than a bunch of dog playgrounds.

My overall experience has been good. Great amenities, location and package service. The noise level could be better as well as the parking situation.

Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely care about residents’ comfort. The grounds are always clean and well-kept, with beautiful landscaping that makes coming home feel relaxing. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light.
