My experience living at the Marlowe hasn’t been the best when compared with other apartment communities. The manager Justin is wonderful as most of the office staff, but Mickael really needs additional training regarding interpersonal relationships.

I’ve had a great experience living at Marlowe Denton! The management team is always friendly, responsive, and professional. Maintenance requests are handled super fast, which makes a huge difference. The amenities are top-notch — everything is clean, well-maintained, and really adds to the overall quality of life here. Plus, the location couldn’t be better — it’s close to everything and super convenient. The only things missing are a dedicated kids’ play area and a bit more open parking space. Other than that, it’s a fantastic community that I’d definitely recommend! Highly recommend Marlowe Denton to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I cannot say enough great things about Marlowe Denton! After touring countless apartments and feeling completely frustrated with floorplans that just didn’t fit our needs, this was the last place on my list—and I’m so glad it was. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with 10/10 customer service. The team (I have worked with everyone) was attentive, kind, and truly listened to what I was looking for. Great amenities, short walk to the pool from the opposite end of the complex. Front office is quick to respond to phone calls if not answered right away. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix issues that arise, which haven’t been many minus the door lock.

The constant huge trucks speeding through the parking lots is annoying. I don’t have small children, but I can imagine how the parent feel. Noise has become an issue lately, but overall it’s a decent place to live.

pros: huge area to walk around and exercise, great gym, non busy pool, nice helpful leasing staff, maintenance team is super responsive and responds quick to requests cons: not enough storage space in units (there’s no pantry or hallway closets for storing things), the wifi is so slow, i was actually let go from my wfh job because the wifi is so slow and there’s no way to upgrade it and there’s only two of us and even when i’m just at home, my streaming apps are constantly buffering for that reason I ended up deciding not to renew i find it inconvenient to have to buy a secondary home internet when i’m already paying for it in my lease. I absolutely dislike the fetch delivery service because amazon has flagged fetch for some orders and when i try to buy things amazon will not deliver it to the fetch address. I am grateful to have friends who let me use their address but amazon nor fetch could help with the issue. Other than that i haven’t experienced fetch misplacing my packages or anything. We also ended up having a roach infestation because our door wasn’t properly sealed and bugs were coming right from a hole in the door. Overall its a quiet place to live and right down the street from the train station for traveling to UNT&TWU. Some things could be tweaked for sure for a better experience.

I have really enjoyed living in this apartment. The building is very nice, well maintained, and has a comfortable atmosphere that feels welcoming from the moment you step inside. The entire property is consistently kept clean, from the lobby to the hallways and especially inside the units, which makes daily life much more pleasant. I love this complex, especially since before I lived with lots of pests. I was worried about how my hound puppy would do, but there are multiple parks and areas that she absolutely adores and is able to get her crazies out. I love all of the different amenities I have access to, just about 24/7. The community is pretty quiet as well, which makes studying as a college student easier.

My experience has been very pleasing I love my community. However, my neighbors are not very considerate when it comes to quiet hours I’ve complained but, all I’m told is by Madison that I have a “noise preference” when quiet hours are suppose to be from 10pm-10am via email.

I can’t begin to tell you hours snacking or experience with Marlowe has been. We had to move in rather quickly and the staff made it seamless and worry free. They quickly managed to fix our unit problems and are still continuing to ensure maintenance requests are fulfilled. We feel super lucky to be living here!
