Along with restaurants and medical facilities, Downtown Columbia is home to the city’s most popular shopping and entertainment hubs. Marlow is a very quiet community and well secured to live, spend Vacation and raise family. Great restaurants within and around the building. Located in the beautiful center of Columbia. Entertainment event and fun for family and children within and enveroment .Good school around.

The fire alarms go off constantly in the wee hours of the night. Then after that they have to do additional fire alarm testing it's so bad no one leaves their apartment. There are high levels of humidity in the apartments and hallways for which I had to buy a dehumidifier. This place is poorly managed.

We have lived here for 7 months, we thought things would improve but they have not. The fire alarms go off regularly at 2am and then the next couple of days they go off regularly during the day for "testing" to see if the "fix" worked. It makes working-from-home very difficult. The garage is not secure as the garage doors have been broken for almost the whole time we have lived here - drug deals happen in the garage, people speed throughout the garage, people hang out in their cars and smoke weed - it is not a pleasant situation that does not feel safe. Marlow sure looks nice until you get beneath the surface and realize that it is far from ideal. No one follows the rules of not being in the sky terrace after 10p and there are no consequences. We are really frustrated at Marlow life. Not pleasant at all.

Phenomenal shopping and dining nearby and within walking distance, attentive Management that's always available to assist or just a few minutes to chat. The area is really nice, and the amenities are great here, but the management can be iffy especially if they are training someone new, and there is a lot of misinformation which can really impact someone especially if you have to do a relatively quick move. If you ask too many questions or need more clarity for whatever reason, they can get snarky. The prices are a little over rated, but I guess you are paying for the location rather than the actual building. It is relatively new as well, so there have been a ton of issues with the fire alarms going off at all hours of the night for extended periods of time (2AM-3AM etc.). I do like living here, but overall it's just money down the drain.

The Marlow is a new, modern, and clean apartment building. The amenities are like those you would find at a resort. There are restaurants, grocery stores, a mall and a music venue nearby.

Living at Marlow has been fun so far. So much to do right outside our building and I am really looking forward to the property amenities once they are completed. The leasing staff has been extremely helpful with anything that I have asked which is much appreciated.

It has been incredibly challenging living here. The fire alarms continue to go off outside of “testing times,” we have no cell phone service within our unit, we have yet to receive any mail, we got a nail in our tire, the only place to walk our dog is littered with “construction garbage,” construction starts every morning around 7:00am (management says it’s supposed to start at 8:00am).
