Close to Bellingham nightlife, WWU, dining, shopping and entertainment. Units available with update appliances! Rent includes spacious storage locker in secured basement. Parking is NOT included, but limited month-to-month rental spaces may be available for an additional $62 a month. Renters insurance required through tenancy. Sorry, NO PETS! Unless otherwise noted, 1 year lease required. Monthly rental price is for single occupant, not to exceed 2 persons per bedroom or studio. $30 per month, per person Utility fee for WSG. $60 application fee per applicant - $60 application fee per co-signer - If approved, applicants should expect to sign a lease and pay Security Deposit along with a one-time $175 Administrative Fee.
