Moved in when the building was brand new about 6 months ago and have loved everything about it. Bryce, Matt & Andrea are incredible and truly make it feel like home, and a welcoming community. The grounds are beautiful and the dog park is a MAJOR bonus.

The apartments are great! Something for everybody! Amenities, especially the fitness room and courtyard are everything you could ask for in an apartment setting. Shopping is within walking distance and Main Street with great restaurants is a short drive. You can even have a pet!!! Nothing like it in the area….so happy to be part of this community.

I highly recommend Hanover Hyannis. Andrea, Kathy and Matt are great, they go above and beyond my expectations. The facilities are amazing. I had my granddaughter visiting and we had a great time in the movie theater. The atmosphere is impressive. I feel like I am living in a luxury hotel. Well, words are not enough to describe. My wife and I toured an apartment on level 3. The property manager, Andrea was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. Although we didn’t end up signing because the available unit was out of our price range, their management is very professional and willing to help and answer any questions. I wish that Andrea was the manager for all the properties we have toured so far.
