I absolutely love living at Maris. The location is perfect for getting on and off Route 50. It's very easy to get to downtown Annapolis. The amenities such as being able to use common office/meeting rooms, the package room (which is like having a concierge), and the gym area make it seem like living in a luxury hotel. That might not be for you, but it gives me great joy.

I also really appreciated that the maintenance team helped me break down my larger boxes in the trash room because I wasn't able to do it myself. The apartments are very nice as are the amenities. Sure I'm probably never going to use the giant chess set in the courtyard, but the pool and gym get enough use to make up for that. The apartment itself has a great layout and the overall aesthetic of the building is sleek. The only downsides are minor such as an awkward turn around leaving the area the building is in and maybe too many fob swipes necessary to access things. Regardless the staff is always nice and welcoming

I LOVE Maris, the staff are wonderful and the property is amazing! It is alsso in a great location right off of route 50 with access north, south, east and west. PLUS it in the parking lot of the best diner in the area!

Nice community, wish there was more surrounding grounds to walk pets. Amenities are nice but elevators are a pain with fob. Great location in Annapolis right in the center or everything you need.

The Maris is truly a luxury experience for residents. I had been searching for an apartment in the Annapolis area that would suit my tastes and my budget, and after much searching I came across the Maris. Let me tell you, the moment I walked in, I knew this was the place I wanted to live. Not only are the amenities brand new, clean, and of high quality, the staff here are extremely welcoming and helpful. I have loved living here and am very happy with my decision to choose the Maris. Oh, and if you love shopping, the mall and the town center are a literal 3 minute drive away.
